Great Store, they really go all out to fit your foot and get you into the right shoe.

Service is great and employee was extremely knowledgeable. Also has in store shopping (Mask Reguired).

Sales associates are super helpful. And i brought my shoes back to have them cleaned and conditioned. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable.

Wore a pair of boots to work for almost a month. Took them back cause they hurt my feet and no questions asked she replaced them. Best service I’ve had dealing with anything! Wouldn’t buy another pair of boots from anywhere else!

My boyfriend loves red wings. Service is always helpful here but inventory isnt huge so he often has to order stuff to the store

Jimmy was incredibly helpful in getting us the proper insoles for my husband. He was very educated on several options and didnt push us into anything that didnt meet my husbands needs.

The manager and sales people are very nice and helpful. They know what works best with your job and have programs with many companies to help workers buy good work boots.

Poor customer service. Refuses to bring boots into the store to try without buying first. Stick with the other stores in town.
