My husband was able to get this amazing pic while we were shopping for our first bird feeder ❤ the store associates here were very kind and helpfully, they answered all of our questions and helped use with everything we needed.

Everything you need for feeding and enjoying wild birds. Honestly, with a membership, you get a better deal on birdseed than you can find even on Amazon. Highly recommend!

Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable - I was really particular with what I was looking for, and they spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, listening to what I wanted and adding in a couple thoughtful suggestions (things I wouldnt have considered) to help me get the perfect set-up. They take care of you and you can tell they value your business. The store also has a good selection of high-quality bird food, feeders and baths. Their feeder pole system is much sturdier than anything youd find in a regular store and you can either buy a basic boxed setup or you can fully customize your setup part by part. They take in person, phone or website orders and offer curbside pickup too which is really nice during the pandemic.

Ran in shortly before closing on a Wednesday and staff greeted me and offered to help. Got what I needed and out.

I have been to this WBU many times. The employees are super helpful, friendly, and always carry my purchases to my car. The store is well-organized, neat, and clean. I highly recommend this WBU for all of your bird needs!

Great quality seed and products. Friendly service. Prices on the bird seed here, which is excellent quality, are slightly lower than the Kaytee brand at the big box stores. I do buy my good quality sunflower seed mix at a warehouse store, but all other seeds here -- peanuts, sunflower chips, nyjer seed, and live mealworms too.

The feeders outside were empty and dirty and I wasnt greeted until I was leaving. Ihad questions but didnt even ask since it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. At least the store was clean.

If you were expecting to see wild or exotic birds in this location you may be disappointed. They had no wild turkeys or eagles inside. Also no owls or hawks......... #savethehawksandowls I think they just hadnt gotten there shipment yet because the had a bunch of feeders and food. But I dont think they wanted to sell and because it was pretty exspensive and nothing was on sale or clearance, nothing...... I think the price gun may have been broken........ I think I saw a green elephant in the back but I couldnt see it well........ eagles would be a good addition to the store. Maybe at least a talking parrot or money, that would be cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, maybe all that is over the top but may be stuffed animal birds would add a little flavor to the place. America is great!! Boom bird food and no parrots, bam get some stuffed animals at least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
