I️ had such a great experience at Mattress Firm in the Westfield location. Let me start off by saying this was my first big adult purchase and I️ realize I️ was an extremely difficult customer. I️ bought the mattress on Memorial Day because there was a sale but I️ was in the process of moving so Josh worked with me on my delivery location and let me give it to him at a later date. Then I️ realized I️ was going to be moving in earlier than expected so I️ called Patt and he was so kind about moving my date up. Then I️ realized I️ had too much going on and I️ should just pay for delivery and set up so I️ called Pat and he helped me out. When I️ tried to pay online it wasn’t working so I️ called Pat again and he walked me through it. But we’re not done, on Thursday my mattress was supposed to be delivered and it hadn’t arrived yet so I️ called mattress firm and they told me there was an issue and helped me schedule the delivery for the next day. Come to find out the adjustable base that I️ got was out of stock but Josh was so kind and concerned that it hadn’t gotten delivered that he upgraded me for free! Then on Friday I️ went to run errands, got a call saying Mattress Firm was on their way but I️ was not close. I️ was 10-15 minutes late and apologized profusely but the delivery guys (I️ believe one man’s name was Devin) were the nicest people. They brought the mattress in, set it up (super impressive how fast they did it too) and then walked me through how to use my adjustable mattress, where the cords were and all that jazz. I️ would go back to this Mattress Firm a million times over. This move has been stressful to say the least but they did everything they could to lift that weight off my shoulders and help me out. Thank you all so very much! Ps. I️ LOVE my mattress.

I purchased a mattress from the Carmel, IN location. I purchased from this location but was having the mattress delivered to San Francisco, CA. The employees helped me along the way and were able to answer all questions/concerns regarding my purchase and delivery as they were done in different locations. Josh reached out the day after my delivery in SF to make sure everything went well. I really appreciate their time and attention to detail!

Josh was super helpful and honest. He is very knowledgeable and was able to balance my wife and I’s preferences to find us a great mattress. Great shopping experience. Came “just looking” but Josh got to know our lifestyle & sleeping preferences and smoothly guided us through the nice variety of floor models. We stretched out, rolled on our sides, sat on the edge. Returned several times to the Sealy Posturepedic...we left the store with a receipt and delivery scheduled! Edit: Thanks, but found at $1200 mattress at Bobs. We were not shown anything that was under $2000. I can only imagine that an $800 mattress is next to the dumpster, because none were shown to me in the store.Tyler was very nice, but it would be great to have some mattress that are less than $4000. My budget was about $1000, with some wiggle room. I was embarrassed to ask if any mattresses were that price point, after being shown the expensive ones. I left with nothing. Not all of us have that much money for a mattress. I felt like a bum in front of my child, because I couldnt afford what you had to offer.

I bought a mattress in March. Unfortunately, it just did not work for me. Just initiated a return with josh. Who was amazing and nice. Customer service at mattress firm can not be beat. Service was great, unfortunately they just did not have a mattress that would work for me at this time. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants fantastic customer service and knowledgeable agents. Even there Pu and del service employees are great. With this company buying and getting your mattress stress free is easy. I will check them out again in the future.

My online experience was terrible Did not get my mattress was told order was cancelled went into the store and it was not. Which means refund was not on the way. JOSH was my representative in store at the Carmel mattress firm and he was AWESOME.
