Had a great visit today. The cashiers name was Anthony (name tag just has Ant on it). This guy was great. Super relaxed, friendly, asked me how my day was and what I was up to (I told him I was just out on lunch break from work). After helping me with a return and getting everything all taken care of, he made a point to wish me a great rest of the day at work. Attention to small details like that really matter. When an employee hears you say something and makes a point to mention it later on, it shows theyre listening. Small detail, big impact.Always a great store and this recent visit just reinforces that. It is already a few years ago when I had been there during my vacation. The shop is awesome, great, special collection of casual clothes and perfect service. Great experience. Ty guies

Staff was rude and had products topling over on the racks. The only personable person was the greeter.

Easy time finding everything and was able to find quite a few things that I liked, board selection was awesome and victor was a big help throughout, would def recommend

Decent selection of clothes, I havent had any luck finding shoes in my size though. Prices are in line with other surf/board shops. Staff is friendly too.

This review is for the brend in general and UTC Location in part.im buying in this place for way to much time. this place is run by a group of Kids.i came to ask for store credit (even not money back) for a Nixon watch that was stop working and falling a part a few weeks after i got him.they just told me (for the first time) that i need to drive all the way to Encinitas to Nixon house to ask from them to fix it... when i asked from them to print for me the receipt they said they dont have the record and this is how my $150.00 got lost for put my money with them.VERY SAD END TO MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS STOREThe person i was taking with name Ashley. not the best manager in the mall for sure...

We stopped in to have a look while visiting Fashion Valley. My son wanted his first proper skateboard, the guy who worked there was an absolute star, we could have sat and listened to him all afternoon about skateboarding. Allow yourself plenty of time to look around.

No skateboards or parts. After 20 minutes of looking for parking they dont carry what the other sun Diego boardshops carry. Its a board shop its in the name. Come on I wasnt looking for a tricycle in an icecream shop

So my grandma came here looking for a gift for our brother, she does not speak any English and was having a hard time getting help from the non-spanish speaking employees, when suddenly one of the employees, JT, finally stepped up to the plate and calmly and patiently worked with her on what she needed to find! She ended up walking out with more gifts from the store than she planned because it turned out they carried several styles and go pro accessories that my brother liked and wanted. Made my grandma a happy woman, and I was touched when I heard the story. Thanks JT for all your help! He wasnt totally fluent in Spanish but he did his best and helped a lot!

I went to Sun Diego on Saturday, to look for a skateboard because my birthday is next month, in the back, they had their own skate section. The guy behind the counter was really nice and told me exactly what I needed to know! Then he introduced me to a whole bunch of decks and complete boards. He told me that if I buy a complete skateboard, it will cost a lot less than getting it customized for myself. I found a darkstar board that I really liked and he told me that it was only $70(with the tax). That is probably thw best skateshop Ive ever been to!!!
