Im very thankful Hermie and staff. They are wonderful people and truly caring about my business needs. Im saddened to read some of these reviews because they couldnt be farther from the truth in my experience. Those giving 5 stars know this location is deserving of 10 if possible.

Every time I am in this Postal Annex, the workers are helpful and cheerful! I spoke with Hermie the owner while she was assisting me with a large shredding order and she was so friendly and went the extra mile to help me. I always know that I can get knowledgeable and wonderful service here in Bressi Ranch. Thank you!

Work place owner is a long time friend; awesome service.

I usually go to this place because the people are very friendly and nice. Its a good place, and never had any issues with any process. That being said, I needed to mail something very important today that was time sensitive. I called ahead to check what time they closed (because the time varies now due to COVID). Person on the phone said 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:57pm, to simply mail something with tracking. The door was locked. I could see them inside but they would not make eye contact. I waved and knocked a couple of times. I know for a fact they knew I was outside. Now I have to drive out of my way to somewhere else. Do not say you close at 3pm if you close minutes earlier. Waste of my time now I have to go somewhere else for a process that takes like 1 minute. Thanks guys.

This place is amazingly friendly and efficient. I have been a customer for several years and I am so glad that Hermie and her staff are always ready to help. Thank you for all you do!

I went into the Postal Annex store to get some car loan paperwork notarized and they wanted to charge me $15 per page and their was 19 pages which would have been $285.00 I said no and went to the UPS store and they only charged me $15.00. I will never go into this store again!!!!!!

I shipped a package and it was damaged by the carrier. Hermie went above and beyond. She really went to bat for me and the carrier paid my claim. You can tell she really cares about her customers
