Staff is most excellent. Any time in the past that I have needed something....done. German batteries are tops. Then came the virus. I have a left aid that is completely dead. Right one is using batteries fast. Stores are closed for any help. No one to answer phone and no message center. Know several in same position. Sort of puts a serious estopel on any positivy one might have towards business. Would I reccomend Connect? No.! Any firm that leaves customers dangling in the wind deserves negative comments. The hearing aids that we purchased from them have worked very well for many years. Thats terrific compared to the first pair of hearing aids that I purchased from a different company in Cupertino many years ago, which only lasted two years or so.Even better, they are very kind to help me when I need help with cleaning or adjusting the wonderful hearing aids that I have from them. This is the best way to improve your hearing. The first time you have your test, get your hearing aid and batteries and walk out with great hearing. A year later you go back, have your test, get your aids cleaned and pick up another years supply of batteries at no charge. Simple, easy with great service.

This place does an excellent job helping my mom who had a stroke in the not so distant past and has trouble answering questions quickly. Theyre very patient with her and that is so appreciated. They even work to have her hearing aid repaired although the warranty had expired the week prior, they worked with the company to extend it one week for her. Would definitely recommend.

Hearing aids dont last forever. At some point you have problems. My new aids have now had three speakers go bad and the staff at Connect has been very helpful. I have walked into the office three times without an appointment and they have changed out the speakers (under warranty) and I have walked out with a resolution. Very glad about that.
