Ruben, Damien, and BIG MIKE went so above and beyond to make a seemingly impossible custom embroidery order happen, we would not have been able to accomplish our hat order without their help. Went in n got a fitted place is nice and tightly lots of space lots of variety and they did a good design in under 10 minutes quick fast nice lids. Also gave some advice on what to add on cause it was my first time putting designs great customer service.

I did like the 2 hats I bought last week but the guy working behind the register was not very helpful and I got the vibe he was not happy working their...well find another job then and make some real money that is a solution for that....anyways when I got home I felt a little ripped off their was a tag on their for $41.99 on the hat I knew I paid $41.99 in the first place then I take that tag off and it says $37.99 ....then it says $34.99 its pretty sad they have to ask you if you have an account with them and a email address to save a measly 10% or whatever I dnt want you guys knowing all that I will stock up in November and December for real savings but these 2 hats will be fresh for awhile I hope when I return their is a new face behind the cash register I like the hats but I never been a fan of the cashiers personality or attitude or how they talk that dumb slang but at least its different people every year because they have to change it up for sure and btw I will make sure I get a discount next time cus the internet is the same price or not much of a difference.

We show up at 7:30 on Monday night 11/2/2020 and hang around for 30 minutes. the worker isn’t even there and all the stores around them that are still open say they close whenever they want to and saw them leave to go on break then they never came back.

Today March 18, one of the employees had accused me of stealing from the store even tho my friend had just bought a hat. After I opened my jacket and showed him nothing was there he didn’t even apologize what a weirdo.

Thus place,was horrible. No military discount, and no fitted caps for the NFL teams. No Nike hats.

I want to say huge thank to Lids in Carlsbad. That made something special for someone. Thank you for going extra mile for me and understand that VA personal had his hat stolen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wont go to this one again..lazy workers that just sit there, they almost seem upset they actually have stand up and speak to customers.

This page should be closed Im here at the Carlsbad Outlets right now and they are no longer here 👎 they closed so now the Carlsbad outlets and carlsbad mall dont have a lids store now you gotta drive all the way out to Escondido just to shop at Lids or go to Mission Viejo. So wack of you Lids not notifying your customers you were closing also parking here is terrible and the number listed on this Lids page does not work 👎
