0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Everytime we order icecream an item is always missing. We ordered four and only received two. Its extremely frustrating. I always try to order the special Icecreams for my daughter and everytime I never get them. As much as I love Baskin Robbins the lack of attention to what the order is is frustrating. Super upset and annoyed. 😡😡 Id rather pay extra and go to Coldstone.

I placed a special order online. I was really hesitant and concerned that they would not get the order, the order would be wrong or not ready at pick up. My order was ready, on time and exactly what I had ordered. Thank you!

I bought my daughters 6th birthday cake from there and she loved it! Its great that they can personalize it on the same day its bought. They also have candles available there in case you cant run to the store.

They make all sorts of really cool birthday cakes with your kids picture on them, and/or different themes, that they just go crazy over!

Baskin-Robbins since I was a kid is always been five star I remember when an ice cream cone used to be $0.15 and you do work and work and work and save up your allowance and go down and get an ice cream cone and that was the big treat for the week! Today with all the Heat my treat was having a milkshake it was delicious the Ice Cream Shoppe of course was air condition a nice and cool it is definitely handicapped accessible it has place for handicapped it sit and eat their ice cream too. Will I go back heck yes for the rest of my life especially on the 30 first day of each month that has 31 days when they have their half-price sales on a scoop of ice cream delicious beautiful $0.15 scoop or $2 a scoop still well worth it!

Always good here, usually staffed by young people but unlike a lot of other places staffed with kids my age they are usually pretty happy and friendly with everyone who comes in. Ice cream is standard issue Baskin Robbins stuff so I won’t comment on that but they always give you a decent scoop size here and serve it with a smile.

This place is nice. It is usually clean. The ice cream tastes great and the customer service is pretty awesome.I just hate the smell of Togos which is a sandwich shop.The smell of ice cream and sandwiches just doesnt go well, so I take my ice cream to go.

The man running this establishment was weird to deal with when we ordered. He seemed to be micromanaging and making everyone’s job more difficult which in turn made us uncomfortable as customers. Otherwise the other employees (his family) were great and helpful and we enjoyed their service. We just can’t recommend this location based on our experiences here unfortunately.

This is a particularly nice and clean 31 Flavors location, with friendly staff ready to help and offer suggestions. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that often theres a bit of a wait because of there being only one person on duty to serve the long line of customers.

Been a long time since ive been to a bask in robbins. Thought about one in Escondido San Marcos till we saw a rat run out of the store into the parking lot. That was a neck no. So we tried oceanside. Just our normal preference has gone down hill so why not?I was surprised at the changes. More options prices came down to a more reasonable level and the one girl working alone was as friendly as can be. Their stuff is still a bit rush for me but the mrs loved it and shoot they left a good impression.

Second time wevery been here in a couple of years as wereceive from out of town and wonthe be back. The wife only eats Chocolate Mousse Royale, which we can get other branches and neither time have they had it. Said its seasonal.
