Its always fun walking through the store to browse..they have so much stuff to look at! And even though theyre super over priced on a lot of things, its hard to leave empty handed. If youre lucky you may score on clearance items! ..the tray was $5 & the puzzle $15.

One of the most random comic book stores I have ever been to. Which made this an absolute treasure hunt. Section in themes, themes that you dont find at other places. Staff that not only answered my question, Where are all the Spider-Man comics but also helped me locate the exact comic I was hunting.Price is comparable to on line but walking around this store is totally worth it and better then just clicking buttons.

I highly recommend coming here if youre a collator of anime, marvel or Dc I think but they have so many things. Like this luffy Figure

The store is great. Carlsbad Mall is a ghost town. All the people are at the other end at Dave and Busters.

Great selection of comics and collectibles. My daughter and I try to frequent the different locations around the county, and have found them all to be filled with fun stuff.

I loved going to comic book stores as a kid and hadnt been in years, this place was awesome. First time visiting the store and was surprised to see how large the store was, my gf commented it was almost like a warehouse. In addition to comic books, there is a decent selection of Funko Pops, Action Figures, Graphic Novels, and other stuff like T Shirts and trading cards. I did not have a ton of time and so I will need to revisit soon.

My whole family loves this store. They have a bit of everything for everyone. If you arent into the fandom life, they have a section of sports things too. This store is huge and takes a while to really look through. Everything is pretty organized into sections, making looking for particular items easier. Its more than just comics, they have clothing, games, figurines, you name it!

Seemed there was zero air flow inside this store. We were hot and starting to sweat after 20 minutes. Great store but AC needs fixed asap.

This place is absolutely HUGE and has everything a nerd like myself could hope for: new singles, trades, and hardcovers; used graphic novels; manga of all types; models, toys and action figures; merch like shirts and keychains; I could go on and on.I can and have spent hours in this store and the prices are totally reasonable. No matter youre pop culture niche, I think youll find something in this store.

Comics-n-stuff has absolutely everything. When they mean “n-stuff”, they mean STUFF. Besides rows upon rows of back issues, they have manga, toys, slabs, Pokémon, banners, and more. The best selection of comics I’ve seen in most of SoCal. A little stuffy in there sometimes though.

DO NOT BUY POKÉMON CARDS HERE unless you want to pay for over priced pre-opened, resealed packs. The Battle Styles especially generally look like they’ve been tampered with. You might think they just look old and worn a bit, but when you open them, you’ll be sure you weren’t the first to do so. Over 200 packs and no more than six holo’s. Not a single V, VMAX, Shiny, or anything you might actually want from these packs. Boosters opened were from a Shining Fates Trainer box, Battle Styles Trainer box, and randomly selected loose boosters from behind the counter. There is also a strict No Return policy….. ONLY on Pokémon cards. As if there’s a reason people would feel like they needed to return them, like they had been bamboozled. Confront employees and either they seem genuinely surprised or they become extremely curt, defensive, and argue that it’s not even POSSIBLE to reseal packs. We all know it’s very possible and unfortunately common. It’s not being done by customers who then return them to the store, so then who, pray tell, is ensuring there is nothing more than a regular rare in each pack? I don’t care if it’s the store, the distributor, one sole employee who can’t afford to buy them so has resorted to this. The who and how doesn’t matter to me. Just acknowledge the issue, resolve it, and move on. Sell quality products. Don’t argue that it’s not possible when with one Google search you can see that it is very possible. I really love seeing everything in there and would love to buy so much of it, but when I can’t even trust that it’s genuine, I simply can’t.

This store has a lot of old stuff. I sent my husband a picture of old looking transformers toys.

I called ahead, I specifically asked the person on the phone if they had and ,NEW products of basketball cards in stock and he said ,Yes we do! So made a special trip to the mall which I usually stay away from and was VERY disappointed to find they had a few packs of 90s baseball, hockey maybe a couple football and a box or 2 of 2021 topps baseball. Obviously the guy on the phone had no clue of what was in stock. And when I was at the store all three of the guys behind the counter didnt know much either. Hey, I dont usually write bad reviews and they seemed to have allot of comics hence the name Comics-N-Stuff. But considering I called ahead and was mislead. I myself will not return to the store again. I use to go in there once in a while before the pandemic hit and buy an occasional comic and a few Hot Wheels. This time they had very few Hot Wheels and they all rubbed me the wrong way. Thumbs DOWN!!!!

Five stars for the expansive and stunning selection of figures available here! We werent here for the comics, but for the toys. So many toy lines and storylines represented, even ones I had no idea had action figures made!Every imaginable line of Marvel and DC figures, Star Wars (old and new), Star Trek (some fun vintage stuff, too!), Doctor Who (so many different Doctors, companions, and side characters!), Halo, Aliens, iZombie, The Walking Dead, various anime figures, various horror flick characters, Ghostbusters, comic book characters like Spawn, Witchblade, Alley Cat, and others.The prices arent great -- full retail on most, sometimes a little higher. Every once in a while, a good deal. But if youre searching for a figure that is hard to find, its worth paying the full price if it saves you from higher eBay bidding and shipping costs.The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely a place Id stop and browse next time Im in town.

There is a bit of mildew smell and some stuff is a bit overpriced but ya know, Carlsbad right? Overall a good spot. Dont expect much from the employees but there is some neat stuff. Its worth your time to check it out.

Great selection of action figures and comic books with reasonable prices. HOWEVER, as trading cards became more popular. The store began to have scalpers price. Specially on Pokémon. Release prices are double sometime triple.

Worst comics n stuff in SD county.Workers sitting around conversating & when u ask a question they act like theyre being bothered. Theyve Overcharged me 3 out of 4x... 🤦🏽‍♂️ seems like the scam since 90% of people dont look at receipts.. once cool.. maybe twice.. but 3rd time.. SCAM OPERATION goin on.Manager was creepy lookin at my girl like a virgin. Young Mex girl needs to take a shower. Ok smell you later.. AVOID AVOID AVOID. try el cajon or CV.. 2x better service.. The Comics-N-Stuff in Carlsbad is pretty big, so if you love comics, and action figures, you should really like this place. After my first visit here today, I found quite a few things I didnt see at other Comics-N-Stuff locations. It was cool to check it out.

A comic book Geeks paradise.

The staff were nice and welcoming. They had a lot of marvel comics as well as mangas. Unfortunately they did not have a lot of Detective conan related products but they had many other anime related products.

This is a great place for all your collecting needs.

Any nerdy/fun stuff you can think of they have it.

If you’re here for trading cards prepare to pay double than what they’re worth, you can find everything they have online for way cheaper. Happened to stop in just to look around and immediately left after seeing prices worse than most other scalpers.

It is nice to see an old school large comic book store. There are many lines of boxes filled with the latest comic books. It is incredible to see the amount of variety they have in the store.Not only do they have new comics but they have a wide variety of first editions. Definitely worth a visit if you are close by.

Having collected comics since 1974, visited over 100 different comic shops from Canada to Delaware, worked at a comic book store in my teens, this place is impressive. It has everything a comic fan enjoys in abundance. And the workers are very friendly and helpful. Picked up some back issues that I was searching for, especially Mike Mayhew art from over 10 years ago.

Good place, and excellent for collectors and normal people.

Staff are disinterested and unknowledgeable. Note that if you need help with anything you *will* need to ask at the front counter, the staff will not come to assist on their own; dont make the mistake me and my wife did in standing around assuming someone would help with a case. Selection is alright for cards, but I cant speak for the comics (which I assume are extensive given their many square feet of boxes).

What can I say about this store that isn’t already said? This place is amazing and is a nerds paradise; in a good way. I love to hangout here and it’s a must go to every time I’m in the mall. One knock is that most things are expensive, so I do rarely buy for them, but when I have it’s been a pleasure doing business.

I come here with my boyfriend. There is always something new to see. The reps are wonderful! They have excellent customer service skills and even when there is computer troubles or problems processing payment, which had happened a few times, they keep a positive attitude, apologetic, and overall make the situation fun/ funny. I would bring kids here to get some comics. Worth it.

I love this place and hope it never leaves. Great collection of current and back issue comics, lots of merchandise, collectible card games, and toys. A very easy place to kill time and the highlight of this end of the mall.

Real big place. Theres lots of stuff there and rows of comics. The staff doesnt bother you really so you can wander around looking at all the cool stuff. Its a great place to find a gift for someone who will like that stuff. Truly so many options but everythings very nicely organized as well.

This is a really awesome niche store with a lot of comics and comic accessories. Theres stuff here for really big fans and stuff here for people that are just casually interested in a few main stream shows. I could honestly spend hours looking at all the comics and memorabilia. While driving around looking for older back issues I have come across some smaller privately owned shops that I have considered giving my money to, but the service here keeps me coming back...the annual discount card helps as well.I collect A LOT of books and they not only have every book on my pull lost every week, but they have a good selection of covers as well.I can get everything I need here...from top loaders to bulk boards to posters to clothes and toys.I dont even have to show my card any more for them to give me my 20% off.

Ive been in a lot of comic shops in my day, but hands down this is the best. The size and selection is just plain staggering, and on top of that the staff are really cool. Ive stopped visiting other comic shops, they just dont compare. The only downside is that I spend way too much money here.

This place is pretty cool and has an absolutely enormous selection of comics and comic related things. The only problem with this place is how dark it is inside. Its really hard to see and read the signs so you can find what your looking for among their vast collection.
