The website hours says they close at 8:00pm. We drive 15 miles to buy some jackets at 6:30pm. As were walking up to the door, this employee walks over and locks the door on us. I knock on the door and he tells us that theyre closing. I brought up the hours on my phone to show him and he laughed at us. He said theyre closing early. I asked to speak to a manager and he laughed at us again and said I am the manager. I showed him the hours and he laughed at us and walked away. I called the phone number of the store and asked for a corporate number. The same guy answered the phone and said the number was 1-800 Wilsons leather while laughing at me on the phone. Then he hung up. Worst customer service EVER!!!

Great selection and super low prices for purses, billfolds, belts, jackets, etc. Perfect for gifts.

Store web site said they had over 30 different types of leather vests! I traveled 26 miles to find out that they have only one (1) leather vest!!!! Sales girls were completely rude and acted like they did not want my business!!! Thisthe lasttime I shop at Wilsons Leather.

The sales staff was way overly aggressive and wouldnt let me shop alone. At which point I asked if I could just be left alone to look and was told if I didnt like their sales tactics I should leave..........so I did, along with seveal other costomers. Needless to say I will never be back.
