Lacking customer service.Recently we had received 1 gift certificate and bought another for here and went to use them. The owner was rude and said I dont take those anymore. No sorry just I dont know why those are still out there. That is very unprofessional. I also believe it is somewhat your responsibility as a business owner to have that posted and try to remedy the situation with a bare minimum of an apology. We would have been ok with Im sorry and these are no longer valid. But instead she was rude and we literally got one 2 weeks ago.If you make a commitment to put gift certificates out to the public/customers you should be ready for them to show up and use them.... also your response to this review and situation...still kind of poor on the customer service scale.

Arrived at 6:30 PM sign said open but the door was locked and the store was closed. Would loved to have bought some new frs from them but they need to update their hours!

Great spot for all FR needs. Ladies were very helpful finding my sizes.

This place didnt have a huge selection of boots. There were alot of FR clothing with competitive prices. If i were shopping for clothing I would definitely go here. Ariat is expensive here, but there were other very reasonably priced shirts and pants. Would not expect to find boots here.
