Took my son, who is a movie buff, to stock up on his DVD collection. Some movies, you just have to own that Netflix or other channels do not offer. He left with a stack, just in time for Halloween. Great selection and prices!! Thanks FYE!!

Great store and staff they helped me solve a problem. Never buy online shop in-store goes so much simpler and great selection. The manager Chrissy was understanding when I made the joke a toddler packs a suitcase better than this box.Will be back again ^^

Its hit or miss, sometimes theres really cool stuff and other times there is not. Also last time I went there was a weird smell but Ive only experienced that once

It was okay, it had a variety of stuff. I went there to look for albums but they only had bts, blackpink, monsta x, and nct...just bigger kpop groups.

One of the last places around to browse a decent selection of music and movies. And if you cant find the music CD youre looking for, they have an internet kiosk you can look up obscure albums and have them downloaded and burned to CD complete with jewel case and printed out album.cover and track list. Tons of popular culture gifts also and fun movie and music related items. I find something cool every time I go. Definitely worth a visit if you havent been.

This is a great store where you will find so many great gift ideas for all the fanatics of music, cinema and odds and ends that you dont see anywhere else. So much nostalgia for 80s and 90s. I come here often and always see something new!

Great place for finding decent prices used movies or music. They usually have some kind of deal going on. A lot of collectables can be found there as well. The store has a musty smell though.

Its a really cool place!

I love walking though and seeing all the interesting items they have. All the pop culture reference items are fun to look at. They have a pretty cool selection of somewhat rare vinyls, hard to find snacks, and cool merch in general. Even if we dont buy anything we can spend 20-30 minutes in there every time.

Great store but they didnt have five of the DVDs I was looking for and when I did find one that I really wanted, I went to check out and their card machine was down so it was cash only and they wouldnt bargain with me for it and it was only $3. I had $2.50 cash. If brick-and-mortar stores like this wonder why theyre going out of business, thats why. Obviously I can get all five of those DVDs I was looking for online but I wanted to go and support a local business. And I really cant support them if they wont sell me something because they cant accept my form of payment. Otherwise the customer service in the store was good and the background music was excellent. Good selection of merchandise for the most part.

As going in this shop for the first time, it was a pleasant visit. The staff were super chill and nice. I had several questions in regards on some funko pops and they knew what I was talking about and answered them.

Lots of fun stuff to look at and buy, of course, only downside.. kind of weird but the store has kind a funky smell to it. Nothing too unbearable. Other than that great store to geek out in :)

Lots of cool stuff to buy. Its all pop culture and good selection. Carpet in this particular store needs to be changed as it has an odd musk.

Possibly the only place in town to get your favorite movies and TV shows on DVD, BluRay, and Ultra-4K AND some very cool merchandise (shirts, toys, candies, and even some graphic novels).

Great staff, a wide variety selection for films, great Vinyl selection, and has most things geeks like. Theyre always up-to-date with hot films + they have anime films / series, which is a great addition.

I love Frys they have great prices on DVDs

It is the only dvd place I know where you can see some of the classic dvds. Its hard to see a good movie now a days. I just love to watch movies that I already seen. You can buy them here and if really messed up go back and exchange it. They have really good customer service.

I went in looking for a record, they had it in stock, but for $34.99. On their own website the exact same item is $27.99, I asked if they would match their own price on their website and was told no. They lost a sale and I will just get it somewhere else instead.

I have been a customer of FYE 4 years mainly going in and buying their merchandise. But after today I will never set foot in there again. I brought in about 8 DVDs to sell since they advertise that they buy used DVDs. I was curious how much the store credit would be verses the cash. The guy at the counter seemed 2 be glad to tell me and he did. Since they didnt have anything I really wanted to buy, I decided to take the cash option. As the clerk is cashing me out he suddenly says you know you dont have to ask what the cash vs store credit is weve been doing this for a long time we know you want cash! seems like a pretty bold thing to tell a customer right? He basically insinuated that I had stolen the DVDs and also added that he thinks I dont ever buy anything there. look man, I said, Ive been coming here for years and have spent a lot of money with you guys how are you going to imply something like that I really wanted to know how much the store credit would be! one would think that this would be the perfect time for the guy to apologize right? WRONG!!! He then said come on man we see it all the time, you dont gotta BS US. I was honestly speechless. He handed me the cash and I just walked out. Looking back now I am glad that I didnt say something because it would have been all bad. I am glad I just walked away. But that still doesnt mean that Im not going to completely trash them online and to everyone I talk to you. Dont go spending your money here. Obviously this company profiles people. There are plenty of other great movie and music stores to shop at. And if you are selling DVDs there are plenty of other places to do that too that will not basically assume let alone imply that you are a criminal. And if you do shoplift DVDs and sell them too FYE then they are perfect for you and will treat you accordingly..... ps....to the friendly non discriminatory clerk that cant keep whats on his mind from comin out his mouth..... look both ways when your shift is over in the future cuz I know where u work!!!!!!!
