Called for a part, was told it was in stock, called back to have it ready for will call and was told it wasnt necessary. Made the trip and it wasnt in stock...poor communication by Earnie.

Set an appointment at 9. still took all day. Wanted to get whole rear window motor and regulator replaced. But then the wait to tell me at twelve that they aee going to order the part after they tell me the 2 days prior that they was going to do it. Then when i go to get my car seat so i can put in the remtal. Three working mechanics standing there around truck not working just talking together. I was told he was struggling with window a couple minutes ago
