Working in Carsbad area from Texas, my first experience with staff there, restored my faith in the Auto Repair Business. Good, honest folks!

I love love love this place and the people very respectful very kind and did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle to which I thought was any good according to two other auto mechanics. Thank you. To Mr Guillermo Acosta and the staff. This is the only place ill take my vehicle.

The worst customer service I have ever had.I have had 3 of our fleet trucks there for over a month. Always get the run around and never a call back. I don’t do reviews normally but this is bad.Very disappointed in how they treat people. If you have a fleet I would recommend taking your stuff somewhere else.

I was reccomend to take my fleet work vehicle to bobcats by a co-worker and I am glad that I did.There are widespread issues currently with getting parts to do repairs on vehicles. Because of this, the wrong part for my truck was initially sent to the shop. After explaining that I needed my vehicle on monday urgently due to myself being lead on some construction contracts my company had, Amador went out of his way to travel two hours to get the parts for my truck.The technicians worked on a sunday to get my vehicle fixed and I am very grateful. After having a mixed experience at another shop, it was good to so business with a dedicated shop.Anyone who is in the oil patch and needs repairs on fleet vehicles, I fully reccomend Bobcat auto and am very thankful for the hard work of Amador and the crew for getting me back on the road.

Took my car to Bobcat after it had been repaired by another local shop. Bobcat did a great job fixing these mistakes. They are honest and reasonably priced. Mr. Acosta guided me through the work they performed. They will get my business in the future. Thanks Bobcat!

Traveling Thru carlsbad I was in serious need of a coolant flush, after calling around an only having 1 day here, no one could/would help me. These guys took the time to move around some of there schedule not only to fit me in but did a fantastic job, I highly recommend these guys do do what ever it is you may need for your vehicle. Our CamperVan started acting up/spewing coolant while traveling in Carlsbad. We called many shops and they were able to squeeze us in. It ended up being a bigger job (engine replacement) for them then they expected with the amount of other work they had going on but they still got the job done as soon as they were able to. They even let us stay in their yard while our “home” was repaired and drove us to a hotel on a rainy day when the engine came in. Everyone was very friendly and extremely nice. Thankful that they took the time to help us out in our situation.

They do a great job! Will definitely take my truck back when in the area. If you arent satisfied they will make it right. Give them a try.

This is the only auto shop I will go to in Carlsbad. Anyone who complains are probably not knowledgeable on vehicles. Bobcat has helped me with multiple issues, with phenomenal costumer service, and reasonable prices every time. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle Bobcat!

So we are living out of an rv, and mid trip we found a leak in our gas line, these guys not only drove us to the hotel for the night, but also gave us a ride back to the shop, and quick service! They were able to get our rig fixed in one day, Thank you so much Bobcat Auto, you guys were awesome!!

So I took my BMW in a few weeks ago to have the windows tinted and they did great! I am very happy with the work they did . It was done properly and very fast within 3 hrs of me dropping it off. Friendly staff as well.

The staff at Bobcat Automotive and very knowledgable , friendly and the service was fantastic. They stayed late to work on my vehicle. I would recommend them and I will be a repeat customer.

Pros Very friendly people, shop manager is knowledgable and quick with solutions.Cons: Expensive, I definitely paid for this opportunity to give my opinion, work process is kinda slow.I will be using them again, this is one of the best service options in this region

Horrible service the staff are liars and very expensive overpriced. They deleted my last review and will probably erase this one but Im trying to help out the hard working people to not waste your time and money here. They will waste more of your time if you come here. I highly recommend you not going here.

I had a set of AirLift Bags installed on my 2016 F350. They did a fantastic job! I dropped the truck off Tuesday morning and picked it up the next day. After 6 months the bags are doing great! I plan on using them again.

Horrible place. My daughter took truck there paid them $650 and then was told they didnt fix her problem. Insisted on another $750 to TRY to fix the problem they didnt fix in the first place. We took her vehicle to another shop who fixed her problem for $422. most of which was money charged to undo what they had done!

All new staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great work and recommend shop.

Not sure whats going on over here, I got mixed up and went to there shop thinking it was another, turns out the shop I was supposed to go to was in front and they got mad when I asked, kinda rude. sorry I offended you I dont know my way around town because im new here.

Walked in, got a quote quick, price was right, they did the work in timeframe promised...what more do people need?! Great job Bobcat!

A bit pricey and didnt do exactly what I wanted however whenever they got the part in they installed it and had it ready in the same day, I was very impressed and dont think they deserve the bad rep they get from others, theyve done work on my dads truck and he was very satisfied

If you can take your truck anywhere else, do it. This place is horrible. They dont have any comprehension of a timeline and they do shotty work. They will charge you for things they dont do. Its horrible.

Busy and more specialized on local trucks, if you have Japanese vehicle it is hard to find parts here, overall good people

Terrible service did not fix my truck left it worse and I was robbed the diésel of the truck and charged very expensive because they did not fix anything
