My experience with AM Restoration was delightful. My chair repair was done beautifully and quickly. I will be bringing many more items over.

I gave Ms. McDowell this coffee pot to restore the spout that was broken in several pieces. She said she was backed up and it would take about 3 months. I waited and called her. It was still not started. It would still be awhile. Long story short, she kept is for over 1.5 years. I finally called and said I HAD to have it in 2 weeks. She called after a week and said she was having trouble with it, it would be a few more days. Then she personally delivered it. I noticed the spout was now matte, but I was glad to have it back. As it fully dried, it began to crack and show all of the original pieces under the glaze. The glaze has started to chip off. I have never used this piece. It has just been sitting in my curio cabinet. I am heartsick as this was an inheritance gift.

We brought her a large early 1900 oil painting for restoration and cleaning, it now has details visible we could not even see before!! exceptional !! we now thoroughly enjoy it..expediently done.Steve and Susan H.
