I just can’t say enough good things about Sergio Deniz the manager of this store. He promptly returned calls and came through on every promise made. Sergio is a credit to the store ! Our Viking cooktop looks fabulous and functions perfectly. 5 stars all around !

We had such great experience with Janel, at Pacific Sales in Carlsbad! She was super knowledgeable about all the appliances we asked about. My kids are remodeling their house, and needed all new appliances.She helped them so efficiently, they were able to make very educated decisions, and purchased everything there in one day. I did considerable research on Pro style gas ranges before the heading to Pacific Sales in Carlsbad. They had on display two of the manufacturer ranges I wanted to compare. Just bought a whole new kitchen from Pacific Sales and Rosalie and Mike were so patient and helpful!!!

We purchased fisher and paykel double door dishwasher, that the sales guy really praised about.. We complained to pacific sales Carlsbad after purchase within a week. No response finally was told to call the company before replacement. Company guy said it needs two way drain attachment got that also. This dishwasher never ever cleaned dishes it’s like a show piece in our kitchen with company saying talk to vendor n vendor says talk to company and I wasted $1300 on this non sense. Only left with filing a case in the consumer court. Only if I could attach video or picture after one cycle here.

Bought a out of box panel ready Bosch dishwasher from PS Carlsbad for a complete remodel. Was told it was out of box not a return. When time to install it did not work gad 2 error message one being a leak. Best buy came out there was soap in the line indicating it had been a return. Finally got it repaired he asked where the kick plate was. Had not noticed it was not with the unit as it was all wrapped In plastic when we got it. They said no missing parts when purchases.I spent several thousands of dollars with PS this past year. New bathroom & kitchen fixtures & appliances.I reached out to get the kick plate replaced I hit a brick wall. Spoke with a sales associate named Ryan.He promised either he or manager Sergio would get back to me same day. 3 days later no response. I call again get Ryan again said he passed the message on. No follow through. Sergio is conveniently always busy. Ryan went on to say they could do nothing about my missing part. This is the service they offer at this location 0. Please do business else where.Very unhappy.

I’m doing a complete kitchen remodel, and I ordered full-set matching kitchen appliances JennAir several months ago including a 42” build-in French door refrigerator and steam oven. I specifically ordered a French door refrigerator because I wanted to be able to fit wider items in it. Delivery was scheduled for January 13th.On January 11th,only a day before delivery, I was told by my sales associate that the fridge was damaged in transit the replacement is ordered and will have it in two weeks. A few days later, the story changed to JennAir has an issue with the compressor of the fridge, and this fridge won’t be available till July. As a kitchen remodel takes time to remove all of the old cabinets and appliances, the remodel has already started, and we have lived without kitchen for 3 weeks already. We can’t wait till July for a build-in fridge.JennAir doesn’t offer another French door refrigerator that matches the other appliances, so our sales associate said Pacific Sales can replace it with a 48” side-by-side fridge at the same cost. We are using a custom cabinet marker from San Diego. After confirming with our sales associate three times (in-person and on the phone) that we would be getting the 48” fridge, we instructed the cabinet maker to alter the design to account for the new size fridge. This not only required the cabinet modification, but electric and plumbing as well. These last-minute changes costed ~$2000 as a solid chunk of the cabinet work had already been completed.On Friday, January 29th one of the managers Eric suddenly called and said Pacific Sales will now only replace it with a 42” side-by-side fridge. This doesn’t meet our criteria of having a wide fridge, and we already paid the cabinet maker for the changes since our sales associate confirmed three times it would be no problem to replace it with the 48” fridge. Additionally, our microwave and steam oven were supposed to be delivered Saturday, January 30th, and only the microwave came with no explanation as to why the steam oven is missing. This is totally unacceptable and frankly bad service. We were provided a short window to come up with a solution, and that is what I thought we did until this last-minute change yet again. I cant afford to pay another $2000 to switch the cabinets back to fit the 42” fridge. I expected more from a company of Pacific Sales/Best Buy reputation, and I would not recommend using their services ever.Since the French door refrigerator came damaged, we should be first in line for replacement. We need it ASAP. Already started 4th week without kitchen. We have 2 solutions:1. Receive the French door fridge now and we swallow the lost of $4000 and reserve the right to be reimburse for that from the responsible party in the future.2. Deliver the 48” column refrigerator now.Please let us know what is acceptable to your company?Looking forward to a fast response. Thank you,

Sold me a fridge that they knew many customers had issues with in the past. The fridge was broken from day 1, either because it was a lemon or damaged during installation. They removed the appliance and now we are without a fridge for 7 weeks. They will not offer a discount on the second appliance or help pay for the fridge rental. Customer service is definitely a low priority here.

Pacific Sales Carlsbad has a group of extraordinarily customer service oriented individuals working in the appliance and finance department. I came in hoping to replace a 22 year old Kitchen Aide 48” side by side built-in. I was greeted warmly when I walked in. I was quickly approached by Ryan and educated on several aspects of longevity and quality with Sub Zero leading the market. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, provided financing options and installation providers. I was still hoping to repair my existing refrigerator so I thanked Ryan and took the info. Several days later my refrigerator died. I knew I would return to Pacific Sales to see Ryan. I called and talked to Gordon who was very helpful on the phone while Ryan was at lunch. When I arrived at the store I was greeted warmly once again, then found Ryan. My purchase experience was smooth and easy. Both Ryan and Noah worked together to make it a great experience. We bought several products from Pacific Sales 10 years ago, among them faucets for our kitchen country sink.Now here we are a decade later and the spray hose for the sink needed replacing. I was naturally expecting to have to buy a replacement, but I was shocked that it was still covered by warranty.And I must give credit to Ms. Carol Bell, who received me so graciously, looked up our file, then surprised me with the news the warranty was still good. To me, this lady was the epitome of outstanding customer service. So bottom line, you bet, I would buy from Pacific sales again and again, and Carol would be the one Id buy from. Super Disappointed in this dealer, they used to have a reputation for being helpful with unique products and although they were typically more expensive then other appliance dealers, their service quality and reputation were fantastic - unfortunately, that is no longer the case and the majority of the staff has left. Case in point - 2 years ago we bought Kitchen Aids Finest high end, beautifully designed appliances for our kitchen, everything ( refrigerator, wall ovens, gas stove tops, dishwasher and over the range convection microwave ) at the time the sales person Kelly, who was great by the way. Helped us cost justify the additional expense with longevity of product. Last week the Microwave Magnetron went out, we visited the location the next day to purchase the same model as a replacement and said we want to wait for the manufacturer service rep to come out to see what the warranty covered - we were informed of the Magnetron and that it is not covered under warranty - so in effect the repair would cost almost the same as the new microwave. Today, we went back to the store to purchase the replacement device but the store manager Sergio said they would no longer support the price they offered a week ago. So in short, they charge more and no longer stand by their quotes, You are better off going visiting the store to see the selection and buying the products somewhere else or online - cheaper.

Not only am I thrilled with the new appliances, but Gordon navigated the very confusing Bosch rebate application for me, despite having to redo the information several times for Boschs requirements. I did indeed receive a nice rebate! Gordon was very responsive throughout and his dedication to customer service is very much appreciated.

We were there to see what refrigerators were available. Our current GE Profile has been a series of problems. Before we make a change we needed to see what was available. When we arrived we found about four isles of various fridges/freezer combinations. If we make a change, it will be a side-by-side door design.After leaving the isles we looked at some huge designs that would work well for those who do a lot of entertainment.There are a lot cooking units and wide range of bath fixtures.The store was busy and there were a lot help staff available. I Dont know what we will do yet, but I suspect our GE will give us our decision.

I needed help with a stove that was not heating. Waited in line for service. At lunchtime all of the staff walked away and told us they would be back in an hour. That was rude service. Why not stagger lunches. When the repairman came out to look at the oven I was told that I would have an appointment five days later to install the part. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm the appointment and get a time that was more specific, I was told that the part wouldn’t be here for another three weeks. No one bothered to let me know that I shouldn’t be waiting home for an appointment that wouldn’t happen. More inconsiderate service. While waiting in line for service all of the people in line around me confirmed that I should never shop there again. Dont be fooled by their appearance of competitive prices. The value you get from an appliance is based on the service and durability. In their haste to make a sale the uneducated sales team failed to explain proper maintenance of our very expensive dishwasher. No we have to spend big. Their service is horrible over the phone and the staff unhelpful. Dont get lured like we did based on price and go elsewhere.

I have bought many appliances here and I love the great customer service. The prices are the same as Best Buy but you get more of a concierge experience. When I need something I drop in and Sergio has been very helpful. Helping me navigate getting the right downdraft (apparently they are very tricky to install and get the right fit ) to calling me the minute a built in fridge was put on sale as a floor model. I got a great deal, a very experienced sales associate who helped me get just the right appliance and a wonderful experience at the cash register. I had Denisse. She was so pleasant and so helpful. She’s a great addition to Pacific Sales. She has two s’s in her name. So I call her Denisse with two s’s. Ask for her by name. Great experience overall. I now have made them my exclusive store for appliances.

I was struggling to find exactly what I wanted because I really wanted french doors and water in the door and it had to fit in the space in my condo. I purchased a washer/dryer from the Pacific Sales in the Best Buy in Oceanside, CA. Within the first month the washing machine began to sound like an airplane. It was so loud that you could not be in the same room and hold a conversation. A technician came out and informed us that he was going to have to order some parts; ends up they are a special order and it has been a month waiting for them to arrive. I asked Pacific Sales to replace the machine considering it was brand new and was denied. Consequently we have been without a working washing machine for nearly one month. I am not mentioning the brand because what I found unacceptable was the quality of their customer service. I will not buy any appliances from then again because they do not value their customers.

Have to be kidding me. After years of ordering items from this company I have reached the end of the line. Had a new Viking Range installed with a guarantee the unit was in working condition. Two weeks, several calls, and no resolution. Thanks for no functioning oven two days before Thanksgiving. Why risk a customer who has shopped here for 15 years? I asked several questions before purchasing the unit. Have paperwork saying the unit was 100% functioning. Even purchased an extended service plan. But for the last 2 weeks- simply cannot get service for the oven that stopped functioning within 24 hours of installation. They refused to pallete the oven for delivery, so it was scratched. Just thanks for the absolutely horrible customer service. And for ruining our holiday.

I was ready to spend $20,000 on all new kitchen appliances and could not find one person to even acknowledge my presence. Very sad!

We have purchased about $20,000 of kitchen appliances from them and have had nothing but problems with their recommendations. Viking products breaking and needing repairs. Same with Kitchen Aid. This store does nothing to help you with warranties. Service is bad to non-existent if you need repairs. Go elsewhere to buy!
