I had a very old (turns out from late 19th century) wooden chair for the past 45 years or so. About 25 years ago a toddler busted through the cane bottom. I finally decided to have it fixed and brought it to Neal at his shop in Carlsbad. He did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend him to anyone needing work on an antique. Really cool guy.

Neil has done great work for us in the past. Hes currently fixing four dining room chairs. He may not be fast, unless its an emergency, but his work is good. Single parents that run a one man shop require a bit more time.

They do excellent hand cane chair repair.

His work is good but he is terrible at finishing in a timely manner and does not return calls. My project was scheduled for 3 weeks and it is now 6 weeks and I cannot reach him.
