If I would give them Zero star I would, but there is no option for it. We stopped by this location for my Acura key battery change at 5:30pm. This dealer closes at 6:00 pm they turned us down And told us they are closed and they are are willing to help us if we are here to buy car. This is ridiculous!!!!worst customer service ever.

I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Hoehn Acura especially Buddy Halper. With COVID going on I was concerned with the social distancing and the way they would handle things. Buddy went out of his way to accommodate all my concerns. Very relaxed atmosphere and helpful with all my questions. Joseph the finance guy was awesome too by disinfecting his office before we went in. We had a very pleasant experience with Buddy and the team. I highly recommend this dealership for all your car buying needs and concerns. Again thank you for being awesome and taking care of your customers.

Had a call with Tim, who was supposed to check on pricing and get back to me. I didn’t hear back so I called him to follow up, at which point he told me he didn’t bother to call back because they couldn’t beat the previous quote I had. It would be nice and professional if they could still follow up as they said they would. He didn’t even apologize or seem to care that he didn’t respond. Even if they could do the deal, I would never purchase here.

The service is always top notch! I have been three times in the past year. Once for the regular maintenance, and twice for minor changes to parts (molding for windows as they squealed when it was hot out and a panel was slightly loose on passenger side console.)They are always courteous, professional, and customer friendly. I would highly recommend them.I didn’t but my car here last year as they were not flexible on price but the salesperson and evening manager at the time was friendly and courteous.

Wasnt looking forward to buying a car. Had never bought through a dealership and thought it would be a hassle (negotiating, high pressure, etc).Salesman Steve and manager Matt were nice guys and I was able to negotiate a good deal without too much back and forth and games.They also helped explain features of car and got me all set up nicely.Overall, very good buying experience.

Brought my wifes car in for A12 service and as always treated like gold. Loaner car available to use while my car was being serviced. You always get you car back washed and vacuumed which makes it worth coming to this dealership. Service personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable and make sure to go the extra mile to have a completely satisfied customer.

Excellent, I went in the see a certified RL that I saw online. The car was better than advertised! I fell in love with the car at first site. The salesman that I dealt with was first rate he was very helpful. Everyone there were great. I drove that car home that day.Hoehn Acura is a excellent dealership! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

I took my car there to change the headlight, had to leave the place but asked them to text me how much is gonna be so i could bring it back later. They asked me 330$ to change the just one headlight. Yes you didnt get wrong, 330 U.S. Dollars.

Showed us cars we were interested in and then negotiated. We could not find a common ground price and they did not use the sleazy practices as expected, but apologized that they did not have the car we wanted at the price we wanted and we went our way. That is how it should be done, and maybe next time they will, but we will be sure the check their inventory.

This was horrible. Im a Acura TL owner. I took my daughter there to test drive a CPO ILX as its one of the cars shes been looking at. First car, filthy so he took it back to be hosed off. Brought it back up and said it had no gas. o/k, this happens...so we wait while he gets keys to another one, this one had a dead battery. So, were 2/2 now. We leave not being happy as my daughter is on her lunch break. We head to Lexus and test drive an is250. It was clean, had gas and started right up. We spent about an hour or so there. After that we headed back to this Acura dealership. When he saw we were back he said Oh, I didnt know you were coming back today .So, by that I guess having used cars that dont run is NOT a priority for them. So, he says he has 1 last one...which, of course, has a dead battery. Judging by MY experience I cant imagine why Id every buy a car there. They dont take care of their used cars, theyre filthy and customers obviously are NOT a priority. Maybe Hoehn just has too many dealerships to run them properly however for a supposed luxury or higher line car dealership I dont see how they stay in business.

Had a great experience just getting my oil changed. They were able to squeeze me without an appointment. Jeremy was very friendly took care of me right away, and the technician who did the oil change wrote up a nice report regarding concerns about other fluids. He advised me to contact the Acura dealer where I bought it (DCH Temecula in April) to get a maintenance history and make sure various fluids had been changed with it went through the CPO process. Denise up front was very friendly and helpful as well. In the end I got what I was looking for, wasn’t up sold on anything, and got a nice wash and vacuum. Will come here again

Service department always crushes it at Hoehn Acura. Theyre on the pricier side (its a dealership), and their sales are usually weak, but I wont take my RDX anywhere else. Theyre fast but they do good work. They communicate very well.

Un-freakin’-believable. Hoehn sold the car I was literally in the middle of buying—estimate and all—to another customer. But get this... After Hoehn indicated a prospective was coming in TWO hours later to look at the car, they made me wait TWO HOURS AND EIGHT MINUTES and only THEN did they tell me they sold the car to someone else after *I* had to follow up with *them* on status. Total sellouts. Thanks for wasting my time, Hoehn.I was warned about the Hoehn business model by multiple sources. I shouldve listened. My fault.

The manager Candice she’s a very rude person, doesn’t want to go to the deal to sell a car, she been so racist with me and she asks me about my legal status on United States with a very rude tone , and when I show her my resident card , she she say “ I don’t know what is it” meaning is was a fake card... asking for 5000 down when I say I could gave 1000... and run my credit for nothing, because she didn’t want to sell me the car, that is probably why they can’t sell the Prius

I went today to review the toyota white prius v 2014 they have on the inventory, the sales person was okay, but when the manager Candice show, my first impresion of her was she is a rude or racial person, she start asking questions about my legal status and usa, even if im a permanent resident she start meaning about my id, social security number was fake, and when i show her my resident card she say whats this i know what is it, i never seen one before, seriously a stupid old white racist women doesnt know what is a permanent resident card, she start asking questions about when i work, how and where, because i have only 1 mont with my resident card and social, and she want to show her my visa working card from the past, after i obviously get made and relate her can you run the credit and make the deal with my ids and my last 4 bank statements of 5000.00 or you cant make anything with that because im not here to answer anything about my status on the past i use to hold, she obviously doesnt want to sell the car and just run my credit for nothing when she was gonna ask for 5000 downpayment, so if you are not white person dont even try to buy from them because they are racist.

Highly not recommended. Misdiagnosed my problem and my aligned was messed up once I got my car back and my car had aweful smell! Talked to their manager about the problem, Jeff, in person and said he would call me back after reviewing the account a week passed 0 follow up!

Bought a certified pre-owned Acura TSX. Seemed like Hoehn had a lot more on the lot than other Acura dealerships in the area at the time, and they were truly priced to sell (lowest prices in socal via autotrader or any other search tool). Worked out a very fair deal and drove off when i was ready. Wasnt pressured at all. Have the car 2 weeks now and no regrets. Ask for Mike Herbst for a friendly experience.
