These Guys are fantastic! Our former space had burned down and we were in a spot! They are a little more expensive than some but the space and management make it a bargain!

Courtney and the rest of the team is the best, they always make time to answer questions comments or concerns. They even kept me in mind when the unit i needed was not available and reached out once it was.

Love the fact that it is gated and has security cameras. I feel comfortable storing my things here. I also like that you have access to your storage items 24/7.

Available units, small to large, boxes, locks, service and more. This place is in a great location, good staff, and fair prices. There units are pretty good against the weather but Carlisle had a flood the other day and my unit saw some wet floors. Compared to the weather outside, the unit did pretty good. Plus, it was not a climate controlled unit anyway.

Reserving a storage garage was effortless. The staff in the office were very efficient and fast. Great experience.

I moved in during quarantine, and therefor had a bunch of questions as I was moving in. I literally had to call the manager about 5 times on the day I moved in; she was so sweet, helpful, and patient (God bless). This is a great place, with good prices.

Brand new to the area, I came in right before closing time with the relative equivalent of a storage emergency for my motorcycle. Mackenzie was pleasant, quick, thorough, and thoughtful. She took great care of me and even took the time to provide some insight about the local area. Shes great!

Stored some office furniture until we had room for it at our office. I forgot to provide my own lock, but Manager, Rick, was kind enough to provide one for me. Reasonable rate. When we removed the furniture, it was in perfect condition, just as we left it.

I am currently looking to rent a storage unit in the area soon and I have called or stopped in at most of the facilities around the greater Carlisle area. I have to say that when I choose to rent a storage unit I will most definitely choose this facility due to my contact with the manager, Rick. He was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. The property appeared nice and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to renting a storage unit there soon.

The customer service is super! I called to see a unit almost st closing time. The woman wa so kind and patient with me. She even gave me her cell phone number and was willing to come back to let me in when I got there. Above and beyond the call! The units are clean, and the prices are very reasonable. Very satisfied with them!

The rates are great and I had pleasant interactions mostly with the staff. We were able to pay on a later day each month in alignment with our paydates/storage unit opening. I mostly felt like our stuff was secure, except one evening when I forgot my code I was able to get into the facility using the walk through door that was left unlocked.Our biggest let down was in finding MOLD and MOUSE POOP amongst our belonging this weekend after we emptied our unit. Anything that was touching the cement is ruined, as it is now covered in mold. We were given a nice packet of information nine months AFTER we put our stuff in storage with more information as to how to store items effectively, but that was obviously too late for us. This was our first experience with storing items and I was very apprehensive about loss, but was told by a staff member that they hadnt heard of anyone having previous problems. (I am unsure I believe this now, as it seems like there just isnt a moisture barrier under the concrete, so there must have been loss before us...) We also were just asked a month ago to provide a copy of insurance on our items, which was never asked for or discussed initially, so I believe that we cant be the only ones paying hundreds of dollars to store items we have had to now throw away.Our overall experience was disappointing. :(

Rick is great and I have two storage there. I use one for business one for personal. There is a elder gentlemen he just dont know what he is doing. His customer service skill is zero. I have done the math for him how to calculate my change when I pay. He has a bad attitude not to mention racist. Also one I was suppose use my storage and doors were lock I couldnt get in. They choose when to be open. Im taking my business else where. Please save your self a headache and dont go there.

Signed up to rent two storage units through U-Haul. Called to make sure they had the reservation and they did get it. Showed up on the day of the move with 2 U-hauls and the gate was wide open. I knocked on the office door and no one was there. The sign said they were closed and would return. The hours of operation stated they were open until 5:00 PM and it was 2:00 PM. I called two times and left a message with no response. After waiting about an hour I had to find another storage facility. Would never recommend anyone taking their items to this place especially after seeing the security gate was wide open and the office was closed.

Cheapest in town yes. Clean and dry......No! I complained about water seeping under the door and also dripping from the roof. After months of being aware of the problem the new owners have done nothing. They have renters insurance pamflets the guys behind the desk pointed to saying there was nothing they could do. The parts to fix the problem are on order.

I rented a storage shed in late May from Stor Mor storage. After storing a few boxes for less than 2 weeks, on May 28th or 29th, I ended my month to month contract with Stor Mor, signed the release papers, and removed my items. I was advised then that I would be receiving a check in the mail for my security deposit. After 1 week of waiting for the check, I called Stor Mor and was advised by the manager or assistant manager that this process takes up to 2 weeks since Stor Mor sends the paperwork to their accountants in Enola (I believe is where is said they were located) and the accountants cut the check to me. After waiting the 2 weeks, the beginning of week 3 (Monday) I called and spoke with the manager again. He apologized but said that there was nothing he could do, that it was up to the accountants, but that he would call them and then call me back. On Wednesday or Thursday of the same week after not receiving the call back as I was advised I would receive, I called and spoke with the woman that signed me out. I asked for the owners information since her or the manager was unable to assist with this issue. I explained the ongoing situation and she advised that she would have the manager contact me. I told her that I was already waiting for his call and that I had spoken with him earlier in the week. On Friday 6/19 I received a call from the manager advising that I should receive my check that day if I had not already received it. As of today, 6/26/15 I have yet to receive my security deposit back. Ive made several more calls and left messages however no one has called me back. Today is 6/29/15 and still no security deposit. Ive now submitted a complain with the BBB.
