Great fresh meats...you certainly cant get meats n etc like this at a the local grocery store.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Great cuts of meat, all fresh. Service is prompt and courteous. They know their customers, which is always wonderful! COVID-19 precautions are in effect. Be prepared to wait outside. Other necessary groceries available but limited

I live in Enola and I made the 35 minute trip, in hopes that I would finally find a place to buy good quality meats at a reasonable price. I found an incredible shop with very high quality meats and friendly staff. Also, the prices are incredible as well!!I broiled a T-bone when I got home and it was wonderful!!!

A few dedicated employees will work to get everything you need just the way you need it. However what drags down the rating is the owner and a single employee. You tell them what you need in the most simple and basic terms you can and they completely ignore everything you just told them. These two have zero respect for the customer or quality service. Their continued hatred of serving customers is a disgrace to the employees who do their job and work hard to help customers. Do yourself a favor, go to Walmart and receive far more consistent service.

Great store to get the freshly cut steaks and roast. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Fresh from the farm meats. I just love their porterhouse steaks, hamburger, ham and cheeses. Not far from home. Staff are wonderful!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have the best meat (beef and pork, no chicken) in Carlisle! You should go there earlier in the day for the best cuts, but they usually have a great selection no matter when you show up.The only thing that is often out of stock is their boneless pork ribs. If you get the chance, buy as many as you can, because I guarantee youve never had anything even close to better. Just cook them with the barbecue sauce they sell at the shop (Bourbon is my favorite) and prepare to be blown away with juicy delicious flavor! If I had to choose one thing to eat for the rest of my life, it would be those ribs!

Lots of neat goodies for sale in the shop that are priced lower than the local grocery store. Would have selected 6 stars had there been an option. I lived in Plainfield, Pa bought all my meat from them. Excellent shop, people and service. I moved to Florida in 1972 and I still buy their bologna when I visit and make orders in the winter.

I really like this place, it has that old school butcher feel. They have a decent selection of meats for a small shop, the meat quality is great, prices good, and the ladies behind the counter are nice and knowledgeable.
