Bought a used explorer from this location. The owners bent over backwards to get me and my familly into a safe vehicle. Drove the vehicle 100 miles back to my house. (got a flat my fault) but even the flat I was advised will be taken care of. These guys are of course new but not new to giving customers 100% of their attention 100% of the time.

My mother has been going to them since before I could drive and now at 32 I still go to them for all my automotive needs. I work with the intellectually disabled and my car broke down on the weekend. I called them on Monday at 10 am to check on my car and they informed me that it was already done and ready to be picked up! Amazing service, explains things to people who dont know cars,( me) and will work with you through any circumstances! Thank you for a lifetime of great work!

BEWARE OF THEM!!!!!! They Sold me a car that they said just needed rear brake lines and it turned out it needed brake lines ball joints brake pads. Then on top of that it would pass inspection at my mechanic because the frame was rusted out and would need completely replaced so dont buy from theses guys they said the only way they would give me my money back is if I gave it back and they sold it to someone else so they want to sell a car that is not road worthy and they know about it that proves what type of people and business they are.

We are purchasing a vehicle for an elderly relative. Werent told anything was wrong with it until they were asked if she could have the keys and drive home. They she was informed it needed a strut and wheel bearing. That was on the 27th. Were told it would be done tues. Well it wasnt done. We called we were then told it needed a tire rod end amd end link kit for sway bar. Ended up not getting the vehicle until that thursday. Well it wasnt inspected like they said it would be. The windshield was cracked when it wasnt before.was told windshield would be fixed saturday. No sooner did we leave we noticed the od light going on and off. Well within an hr of driving it we found out that the pressure control cylinoid b was bad so second gear and overdrive dont work right. The door ajar light also came on and would go off even though all the doors were shut. When we called and complained we were informed that their mechanic had told them about this and that they would fix it. Well fast forward to sunday. 2 full days after getting it. It refused to start. The key aslo sticks in the forward position when you start it and it stalls the vehicle. The windshield never got done because their windshield guy wasnt available on weekends. Well after all of these problems and not even having the vehicle a week we called and told them that we would like our money back. They illegally sold us a vehicle that wouldnt even pass inspection. It took them a day and a half to get back to us amd tell us that they would have to see it first and if its simply a relay causing it to not start they wont give us our money back. Well they wouldnt pay for towing or come get it. So we took the vehicle to them the 9th. Talk to them the 10th and they told us it would be finished and we could pick it up the 11th. Well here we are and we called 3 times and went there. Not only is no one there our vehicle is sitting there with snow on it from friday morning. So it wasnt even touched. And the windshield still isnt fixed because apparently the guys not available now until next week. These people are a rip off.

I will never buy from this place again i just recently bought a vehicle from there and these people say that they fixed things that were wrong on the vehicle but were not done correctly specially things that made the vehicle not safe to even drive ! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!
