Definitely our familys go to spot for all our crafting and art supplies. No better in person selection anywhere. And they have great seasonal products too. Gotta hit up Michaels next time youre doing fun or artsy project!!

Clean and well stocked store. They had a bigger needlework section then most of the other Michaels in the area and that was very nice to see and appreciated. I was happy that I could go to pick up my fabric in person.

This is a well-stocked, clean store that is organized well. I can typically find an employee to point me in the right direction if I cant find something. Typically the checkout lines are reasonable as well.

Not a bad Michaels. Pretty well organized and clean. Its in a shopping center where Target and Kohls are walking distance. Plenty of easy parking.

Its Michaels. A little of this, a little of that. Nothing exciting! I ask 2 different team members about product, neither knew where they were or if they had the product. Hummmm....

When shopping on Friday, September 25, two different clerks asked if I needed any assistance. They were friendly alert,and knowledgeable. In the past, I have seldom seen sales staff other than those stocking the shelves. I found everything on my list.

Rude managers! I was looking for the Caron big cakes color yarn. There was 1 in the store. I was then told I could drive 45 min to hour out of my way to get the remaining cakes of yarn I need and or I could order online. I asked for a rain check and was told rudely that we don’t do that anymore. When I made my purchase I was pushed about my rewards membership and I used a 20% coupon and tried to use my military discount and was told I need to register my ID card to my rewards membership. The chambersburg pa store didn’t tell me that.

Its a rather nice place with a calming atmosphere for all ages, whether you craft, paint, or draw or part take in any other form of visual arts it will always be the art store to go for me.

This is where I buy all of my picture frames. You cant beat their selection and pricing.

They do not require masks to be worn by customers. After a family of 5 without masks and coughing, not covering their mouths, I walked out and will not return . I posted on FB for others to see. Employee told me wearing mask was customers choice. My choice is to never shop there again since Michaels does not have concern for the customers well being. I will be passing this info on to everyone.

Michaels is a great store for Crafts, school projects, toys for kids, squishies, and so much more! The squishy brands are Orb and creatology. Not a Michaels brand, but thats completely ok.

I used to like the store like everyone else, till I was yelled at by the Store Manager!!!!!!!!! If I could give the store 0 stars I would. The other management is a dream to communicate with, along with most of the employees, but as a Store Manager, you shouldnt be yelling and yelling a coustemers that there wrong! I am actively finding a place to take my craft supply buying and never going back to the Carlisle store! I dont enjoy being yelled at by a Employee, let alone a store manager!!! I would advise you not to go to the store! Michael the store manager is not a friendly person!

I went for an online pickup. The staff was friendly and had my order ready when I went to checkout. They even found me in the store when they had a question. Great selection and great deals. This birthday card making was done with supplies from Michaels.

Service was excellent! I needed to get a very special painting framed and I had no idea what I wanted other than rustic. I was offered several suggestions as far as frame and mat. The choice was tough to make, but we were able to come up with the perfect package. I cant wait to see it hanging in my cabin.😁

I visited today and quickly found what I wanted to buy. Only 1 check out was open and I was in line behind 4 or 5 people. After about 8 minutes another cashier opened and I quickly checked out.

This Michaels is usually well stocked and clean. They dont always have what you are looking for however. Their prices are reasonable and always having sales/coupons. They have been branching out to more home decor items in the last few years.

I really hate going to this store. THE REASON---- I spend to much money. Its like a candy store for a kid. If they dont have your craft needs, you dont craft. Their coupons are awesome, and you dont have to be worried that there is fine print that when you get to the register you bill will be more than you thought. GREAT STORE!!!!!

The customer service can be hit or miss. They have a fantastic scrapbooking section. You can get to the coupons from your smart phone which helps because I think some things are over priced.

I needed a frame to fit a lady (Jenn) she was a great help. She took time to help me fit the puzzle into the right size frame. She was awesome!

The family and I go here often. They have everything nicely set up and the staff is helpful and kind. Prefer this place over all of the other surrounding craft stores.

Bathroom was shut down and employee didnt seem to care. Decided to go to Target instead because their bathroom was working. Lol. All in all, its a good store. A little pricey, but they have almost any craft item you need.
