We were on vacation from Florida heading to Wisconsin, when our new truck broke down. We were towed to a dealership who wouldn’t take our truck for 2 weeks so the tow truck took us to Vic Koenig. They took us right in & were very willing to help us. They suggested a nearby pet hotel as we were traveling with our dog. They loaded us in their courtesy vehicle & took us to the hotel. They worked on getting parts as quickly as possible & finished in 2 days so we could continue on our vacation. We are so thankful for their help & service. Would highly recommend this dealership.

I went looking to trade it in and it showed up on the Carfax the Schmidt Chevrolet ran.I did call Vic Koening about this and was brushed off with a, Imm sure we can help you out. They were to call me back when they got in a selection of used Jeeps. Never happened!

Went to Vic Koenig two years ago and a bought a jeep. Always took it into their service department if I had a problem. After an unfortunate accident, I had to look for another vehicle. Came back to Vic and bought a vehicle that seemed to be okay but a couple days after purchase saw some issues with it. Went back to Vic and they tried everything to remedy the situation, eventually putting me in a newer better vehicle. Derek Ward was professional, helpful, and friendly the whole time. I like the dealership just upset with GM because they will not replace my defective battery and I cant even park in garage with latest updates. This is on my 2017 Bolt. This kills my resale value so Im stuck with a defective car.

The day of purchase, we voluntarily left the van on the lot since we were awaiting VA payment. However, (and I can only assume) that when Mr. Koenig discovered this information, he PERSONALLY delivered the vehicle, 3 days later, to our home (which is an hour away from his dealership)! When VA payment finally arrived at the dealership over 30 days after purchase, Mr. Koenig made a personal run to our home AGAIN so that the Vet could endorse the check! Great place to buy!!

So over all Im very pleased and will be back. Ive been to Vics twice this year. We wont discuss the first visit, long story short that car died in a collision anyway. I went back to talk to my salesman and friend...Ted Albert. After I explained recent events, and my issue with a couple individuals, he assured me it would be made right. Tried my best to buy a vehicle from them. Had my own financing and was ready to go. Made 4 trips there with them telling me it was ready to go. Never was! Bought somewhere else. It was advertised for sale and was not drive able.

I’ve had a carpet issue since I’ve bought the car it’s never been resolved. Im done with Chevy. I won’t buy another the shocks have gone out in 51000 miles the carpet issue. I expected more from the only brand that I use.

Came in looking for a smaller V6 to replace my Traverse. Nothing wrong with my Traverse I just wanted something smaller. I have been looking at the new Blazers since they came out last year. Im having a issue with my oil pressure, they rescheduled me for when there diesel mechanic is available. I had the vehicle serviced and they reassured me there was no codes or anything showing. I believe they have a top rate service department.My 2016 Duramx is running high on oil pressure.

I recently visited Vic Koenig Chevrolet to look at 2018 Nissan Rogue. The salesman I talked with was Matt Palmer. He worked out a great deal for me and I bought the car. Matt was an excellent salesman and I am very thankful to him.

I stopped by and looking to trade for the new 2020 Silverado 2500 LTZ. They made me an offer for mine which I said was to low according to Kelley blue book. I was told they used NADA . When I got home I looked up what the trade in value was on NADA. In very rough condition mine was worth $2500 more. I was looking at making a deal until I realized they were several thousand dollars below on trade in value.I called back but the manager never returned my call. Didnt seem to me like he was interested in my satisfaction at all.I took my business to Marion and bought the same vehicle for $5000 less. So I say shop around there are much better deals than this dealer has to offer.

This rating and review reflect what I witnessed on 10/19/17 @ approximately 3:25pm.A new Malibu driven by an employee on route 13 just west of 148. Said employee was running around 70 and weaving in and out of traffic, seat laid back as though he was in his own car. Now someone is going to possibly purchase this vehicle. A nice new silver Malibu. I would second guess a purchase if this is how employees drive the new cars. Sure it could be a program car, running shuttle for a service customer, but when it has dealer plate, and dealership logo on the bumper, maybe you should think about that. You represent the company you work for every time you pull off that lot in a vehicle.

They do not follow through. They promised to fix things with a vehicle we bought but never did. Also the service department doesn’t do what you pay for. They were supposed to rotate tires but didn’t. Lynn was the salesperson. If you have to go there, use a different salesperson

Bought a sweet used sedan from Lynn Stroble. Great service with considerate follow up.

Dropped my car off on Monday for an oil change. They discovered a leak in a hose and needed to order the part which would be there on Tuesday. My husband goes to pick up the car only to find that it had not been repaired because someone went to training and didn’t tell anyone to fix it. He sat there for 45 minutes waiting for them to fix it. He pays and goes to leave only to discover that my car had been hit by another vehicle while in their care! The left side of the rear bumper is all scratched up and missing paint and there is maroon paint transfer on it! They actually questioned my husband about it being there before we brought it in! My car may be older but it did not have one scratch on it. Unacceptable that my car received this damage! Now I have to take it back in next week to be repaired after being without a car already for 2 days.
