I went in thinking all cars sales men are the same. Greedy, they try and nickel and dime you. I was 110% satisfied with this visit. I was welcomed like they’ve known me for years. Dakota was an awesome person to deal with. This place was 110% awesome plain and simple. Everyone was great and personable. I wouldn’t ever buy another car from anywhere else but here. It was awesome!

Absolutely amazing experience! Dakota was tons of help and everyone at the dealership was very helpful and kind. They definitely make you feel like friends instead of just a stranger they can sell a car to. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Kia is a very nice product and high quality. My experience is from an employees perspective. I was interviewed by a guy named Brian Maxwell. He doesnt work for Ward at all. Hes basically a slick, motivational speaker that they call on to help choose people that can become slick talking car salesmen. You have to go through a 3 day training session, thats perfectly fine. Brian basically tells you a bunch of wise tactics on how to actually get the person inside the building to potentially get a purchase. Its all just a bunch of sly stuff that I really wasnt fond of doing. Hes a great speaker though & I do recommend attending the trainings if youre ever hired. The catch though...theres a $100 fee that you have to pay on the last day. This is before you know your schedule, if youll be at the Kia or Chrysler location, etc. Ward is supposed to pay that back after 3 months of being employed. After finally getting enough info about my actual job, as well as looking over online reviews, I realized that it was garbage. Youre given $350 a week but youre there 60+ hours a week. Your commission doesnt even kick in until you sell 10 cars & you have to wait until the end of the month to get that check. Add this to the fact that people have complained about never getting paid or getting paid late, being yelled at in front of customers, etc. I never even started.

I have read a lot of good and bad reviews of this place, but my experience was good. I got a brand new car at a great price, even though they were incredibly busy when I was there - they had me in and out the door in under 3 hours with my new car. Pretty good since I didnt know exactly which one I wanted when I walked in (the one I wanted had been sold earlier in the day), so there was some walking the lot time & test drive time in there as well. I only had a bottle of water while I was waiting, but they had cookies & pizza available as well which would definitely be beneficial for most people waiting to work out their deals. The salesman was nice & easy to deal with as was the finance manager.

We were there to diagnostic our car. Every moment they kept coming to us saying the car has this and that. After almost four hours, when they finished with the car we decided it was too much money, so we decided not to fix it at that moment. My husband payed and they handed my husband the diagnostics. When I got home and ask my husband for the receipt and the formal diagnosis, he had nothing. Not even the receipt for the credit card. What needed to be fixed was written very unprofessionally by hand in a note pad. That is fishy for me. When I called to talk about it the phone is no longer working. Recommendations? None.

I had an appointment to figure out what was wrong with my door at 9:30am and arrived at 9:15. I walked in and no one said a word to me. Everyone walked past me and headed outside to smoke cigarettes. I sat inside looking for someone to talk to for 15 minutes. Someone finally came in and said, Do you need something. They proceeded to help and told me to take a seat in the waiting room. I waited from 9:30a-1:30p JUST for them to tell me we needed to reschedule an appointment after the holidays. I will mention there was a gentleman at the service desk who was very sweet and tried his hardest to help me, but other than that–I will NEVER go back. Thank you, but no thank you.

I had an appointment for 10am, and I got there at or around 9:50am. The entire time I was waiting(approximately 10mins) I was trying to get the salesmanship attention. Then they seated me in a waiting room to wait for my appointment. Shouldnt be more thanks 10 or 20 mins, right? 4 hours later they told me they were to busy to see me today and that I need to reschedule. Im not going back there

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Finance manager at this place was the most unethical person. Very pushy. We just need to get an insurance quote on the car and he became angry we were not going to close right then and there. He yelled at me and then at my nephew and told my nephew to never come back. WOW! This guy should not be working with people. He couldnt tell us the finance rate.. he just wanted us to sign and then he tried to hide the fact they added an extra year to the loan to make payments less.

Absolutely horrible service. I had an issue with my KIA making some noise that was making me worried. I went and talked to one of the service people and asked him if he could come and check it out for few minutes and let me know if I should be worried about it or not. Then he started explaining to me how busy he is and there is nothing he could possibly do at this moment. Seriously!? He could not find 1 minute and check out where the noise is coming from? Ridiculous!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

NEVER EVER EVER will but another car from ward kia nice sales people but like everyone says dont matter how they treat you the day you buy it its how they are when you bring it back for service etc. horrible asked to have a front license plate bracket put on when I came to pick up my car they had drilled two huge holes in my bumper and my plate fell off before I got home so Ive took it to two different body shapes and they said cause the holes are so big that I have to replace the whole bumper where it will stay on so got hat ordered tanks to Ward Kia. And another thing if they promise you anything make sure they put it in black and white cause youll never get it. I never even got a full tank of gas with a new car it has 5 miles till E when I drove off the lot they said when your up this way we will fill it up so I went back they looked at me like I was stupid so we will never recommend Ward Kia ever and will never buy another car from them

If I could give negative stars I would. The only positive thing about this experience was my salesmen Angel. If you ever go to Kia ask for him. He will do anything to make sure you end up on something that you want and works worth you to make sure its something you can afford. I walked in had a pretty good experience until 20 days after I drove my car off the lot and 7days before my first payment. They call me to bring the car back. Then on top of that needing a car to get to and from work they took me to the used car lot to pick a different car and pull up the biggest piece of junk on the lot the smelled like someone smoked in it for years. I will never own or buy a Kia ever!

Do not recommend ward kia at all!!! I delt with salesman and got a bunch of empty promises. He is definitely a talker and believe me thats all he does is talk and talk. Showed me 3 different cars told me he could put me in a good car to go with my budget and when we showed up to get it he didnt deliver although he gave me his word he would. Their all liars including the management!!!!!!!! Do not go there.. The only good review on here is from an employee. Go figure.

My husband and I couldnt get a car anywhere wrh no credit history and no down payment. Ward kia really helped us out!! We were there for 6+ hours because the (not sure of his job title) the man who works with the banks and such, was trying every route he could. This whole team went above and beyond for us. Especially Hap and Red. So glad that I spotted their cheesy commercials!!

The only reason this review is getting 1 star is because the kia sportage we bought has been a fairly decent car. The biggest issue is the customer service at this place! It is beyond horrible! We had to fight tooth and nail for the service center to honor our warrant that was still valid. Then they did not even fix the car correctly and had to go back several times after that. The scum bags that own this place ( the Ward Brothers) are horrible people! The sales people will take advantage of anyone they can. These people are just criminals in my book. The only recommendation I will give people about this place, Is to NOT GO THERE!
