Ive been to this facility twice with the same car over a two year period, both times from hitting a deer. Major front end damage to my little car, yet both times my car came back to me looking like new. These folks are phenomenal!

Brought the car in and had their word saying the car will be done in 3-4 business days based on the repairs needed, I have now waited 2 weeks. Don’t bother calling they’ll keep saying the same thing, “it should be done later today” I’ve heard that now 3 times within the 2 weeks I’ve been waiting.(Poor customer service)

I took my car here after it got hit by a car and part of the front bumper was tore off. They gave me an estimate the next day, it would have been that same day but I went to the shop after 5. Once they gave my insurance company and I the estimate, they let me know what they would be able to work on it. It was in the same week so I left the car with them. They let me know the day that they working on my car, and called me to let me know that they were going to repaint the bumper because they were unhappy with the way it turned out. My car is actually painted this blue indigo color that I have not really seen on many other cars so it is understandable. It only took them an extra day to repaint it. When I picked up the car it was actually better than before it got hit. They cleaned my car, they waxed and buffed it. There were a few scratches on the hood that they fixed really well. The paint job was done perfectly, I was really impressed by the way it turned out. I was really amazed of how well they did their job and quickly they were able to work on it. The guy that works on the counter, was also really nice and courteous. He spoke to my insurance company about the payments and everything.

Had a not-so-great experience with Auffenberg. After my car was hit in a parking lot and sustained extensive front end damage, my insurance company selected Auffenberg to conduct the repairs.While it seemed like they did a good job at the time, I began to experience severe rusting in the new fender after a few years. It appeared to rust from the inside out, and it necessitated an entire replacement of my fender.I was disappointed by the need for a fender replacement, but what bothered me more was that it took a few months of back and forth before they basically said the best we can do is charge you about $800 for a new fender. It seemed a little crazy to have to pay that much money because their repair work failed.Ultimately I contacted my insurance company, who took care of the issue through their warranty that I had previously not known about. The part was replaced at another body shop, and the parts, labor, and rental car were taken care of, so I didnt have to pay anything.I dont know where the breakdown came from, but ultimately either their parts vendor gave them a junk fender, they didnt properly seal the fender to allow water to rust the parts from the inside out, and they attempted to insist I pay for their mistake. Its incredibly disappointing, and I hope no one else makes the mistake of getting their auto body work done here.

Had an experience where I needed something taken out of the car. They did it in 15-20 mins and had great customer service!

Have taken two cars there and was treated very well. They put our cars back into better shape than when we tooked them. They work seemlessly with our insurance.

I have had excellent service from Auffenberg pretty expensive but most people buying GMC Vehicles should already know buying a GMC not GM will pay for the quality of GMC they are built much better.
