618 Pro has been especially annoying to work with in my experience. If you have someone onsite who does your network management and you hire them for installation, make sure you ask them for all the logins and make sure you have them use your equipment for installation. The access points they set up are set up with their own SSIDs (network names) so while it may not be a hassle for me, to your customers they may lead to quite a bit of confusion as to why theres 5 different networks under essentially the same name. Ive had to call a couple times to make sure that I have access to our own equipment and they charge extra hours just to make sure that they put it on your equipment. At least there are a few good things I can say. They seem to only use the best equipment for the job and get installation done quick. Nate, coming from someone who sets up all of their home network stuff, a suggestion is to make sure all the access points and routers are set up with the same SSID and password. It creates less of a hassle for the customers and your clients.
