Ive worn prescription eyewear my whole life and have been a patient/customer at InSight for the past eight years. They are great. Professional staff, clean office, and modern examination equipment. I always find the opticians to be especially helpful with frame and lens selection: they can order frames in colors/styles not available in-store for you to try, will help you consider whether your lens type will work well with a particular frame in terms of their relative weights and thicknesses, will tell you whether a frame can be properly adjusted to your head before you purchase it, etc etc.

Friendly, staff. clean, and well organized service. Dr Singh listens and asks questions as well as answering all my questions no matter how silly, Then adjusts until you are satisfied. The staff are helpful but not pushy at all, which I really appreciated.

Very professional business. Very thorough in testing and Dr Singh was very nice and explained everything to me in a way I understood. Would definitely recommend this business for your eye needs

I had a good experience and found the staff to be pleasant and willing to please. There was an issue with insurance coverage that became resolved after further research, and resulted in a substantial reduction in the cost of both the exam and new eye glasses. I refrain from 5 stars due to not yet receiving the new glasses. I assume that they will be fine based on the care that was taken by Emily, the optician.

Very personable and professional staff! Many nice frames to choose from and staff spent a lot of time with me helping to decide which to choose. Also, before I was ever a customer, they were very helpful in fixing a few things on my glasses without any questions and never charged me! I highly recommend this place!

Always always have great customer service and help when i come in. I’ve been coming here for 3+ years for my families eye care needs. The doctors are amazing. The front staff are incredibly helpful when i have questions about what my insurance covers or what i can get, last time the woman that helped me did a breakdown of two different glasses that i wanted and i was so incredibly thankful. My two sons love coming in and seeing everyone. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a new eye doctor.

See BELOW my first paragraph for follow-up!I would give more stars but the front desk person is unfriendly and I purchased the $39 retina picture for a “baseline” and the doctor said the right one was blurry “but ok” and the left one didn’t come out at all, but no one bothered to ask to retake them. The gal who actually measures the glasses was very helpful and nice - 5 stars for her and 5 stars for the doctor, too! He had a good sense of humor and took time with me to answer questions and get to know me a bit.To follow up, above is my first review. After seeing my review Dr Singh called me personally; he was kind and concerned. He is refunding my $39 fee and wants to improve the front desk experience. I usually don’t review companies on line. This is a company I will definitely refer my friends to. It’s nice to know people care! Thank you!😁

The personal were helpful and friendly. They have many glasses to choose from and the dr is friendly. All the tests were done quickly and efficiently. The office is pleasant and there was not much wait and easy to get an appointment

This is the place to go! Friendly and polite staff with great service. I had never been here before but I had them change the lenses in my glasses over to new frames and they did a great job very quickly. I will definitely be going back!

I am so impressed with Insight Eyecare. I am visiting from out of state and I bent my glasses so badly on a Friday that they required a technician to fix them. Fortunately I found Insight Eyecare open on Saturday. I walked in and was greated by a friendly receptionist. I told her that my frames needed to be fixed. The tech warned me that they might break in the process. I gave permission and he went to work. In a few minutes my glasses were fixed. I was so happy that I gave him a hug. I highly recommend Insight Eyecare! Great service, great staff!!

The absolute worse experience I’ve had, ordered 2 pair of glasses the Dr was fine but the staff is horrible, condescending, and rude. I normally don’t post about these things, but was lied to. Received a bill for a visit in April, told they just now got it, not according to the insurance website, over charged on May visit told me they couldn’t put credit back on HSA account, took forever to get refund and now this bill 7 months later? Didn’t seem to care on phone about my disappointment with their facility and how they do business, I don’t recommend and never would refer anyone there!

After sales service sucks! The staff dont listen. They immediately have an excuse for a problem. For example I had to insist that the frame of my new progressive glasses be replaced because the alignment didnt feel right and got worse after the lady who attended to me tried to fix it by just manually twisting the frame handle. After I insisted she eventually agreed to have it replaced. In clinic service with the eye doctor though is great! Eye grade measurement is perfect!
