Fast, friendly. Have gotten curbside delivery last 2 or 3 times and works really well at this store. They are about the cheapest place in town for eggs, milk, flour, etc. They keep your cool items together so you know what goes in a cooler. I love it. I did not have a good experience at the super walmart in town but that has been 2 years ago. Still wouldnt use them. Have no problem recommending the Neighborhood Walmart store for curbside delivery.

The food I want is never stocked at night ,lots of empty places on shelves and the place always seems to be going up. The workers are always nice. Doesnt really make up for empty shelves but it helps.

I was on hold for 22 minutes after having to call the pharmacy since no one at the front desk would answer the phone. The pharmacy tech walked the whole store and couldn’t find a single shift manager. The pharmacy manager called them there multiple times and they wouldn’t come to the phone. All while my friend was waiting for her grocery pickup that was scheduled 6-7 and wasn’t brought out until 8:45.

This was my first time doing a curbside pickup at the Walmart neighborhood market. Very nice staff. Quick service and even got complimentary Clif bars.

Good prices, predictable inventory, and the self-checkout is great (sometimes the self-checkouts cant take cash but I never use cash anyway)

Walmart is definitely consistent. When you go to their stores be prepared to load your shopping cart, ring them up and bag everything yourself. Apparently Walmart wants me to work for them🤔........for free

Nice place to go if you need to pop in and grab a few things. Youll feel like youre running through an obstacle course with all the dodging of people and store employees. I stand by my its okay 3 stars.

It used to be so much better. We made a produce visit to the store, and all we could find that was not sad looking - a small bag of salad and some green bananas. We really like lots of produce, but alas we will have to try elsewhere.

You need double the curbside pickup spaces and at least double the employees staffed to take items out to cars too. Everytime I pick up from this location, it takes 30 minutes or more to get acknowledged.

It was good buty woman was there and I did not know it she was following me and my buddy and I did not see her so I could have grabbed her but I would had her tonight but they did have different things that big Walmart did not have

Probably my worst experience to date. Nothing but self check lines open fora good bit. Finally a line was opened up with a cashier. In conversation with cashier I learned Walmart is definitely going to self check in the future. That is a bad move and I wont be shopping at Walmart when that happens!!!

Customer service was extremely friendly giving me directions to where I needed to go and guided me thru the store. I couldnt believe how clean it was and the employees were so happy and helpful

The customer front service desk has a lady who has Asian hate. When I talk with her. She tries to be deaf. That employee should get fired immediately! Another thing, checking out can be very super slow, and the available self check out machines are not enough!

I love having the neighborhood market so close by! I’m there a couple times a week, always needing to pick up random ingredients I don’t have for meals. It’s always clean and employees are so friendly and helpful. They’re almost always very well stocked on everything. Including meats and cleaning supplies.

It was an OK experience! Its always a lotta good folks at Walmart.

Terrible. Super super busy. Only 2 people checking. So went through self check out..didnt work right for people in front of us AND didnt work for us!

Can you believe We made it this far the Walmart was quiet it was the neighborhood Walmart have it I was looking for not so sure about the insert chip three times and swipe and then get declined but pay for everything but its a good Walmart like most of them

Its just grocery market to compete with schuncks an aldis 1 of 2 in the city. Prices are decent parking is ample has a drive through pharmacy that doesnt have the easiest path to get to or pull up to the side of the window. If they delivered groceries locally for free it would be amazing or if they had meal prep boxes that undercut blue apron and delivered even better. I know I sound lazy but its only a matter of time before someone does.

It is a nice store with a friendly staff.

I shop there if Im in Cape Girardeau, and on the east side to Cape but if you need anything besides your regular grocery stores but it is very convenient and love it for a few things

My favorite place to get groceries for my family and I. They always have what I need and the employees are very kind. I enjoy the deli section included in this neighborhood Walmart as well!

Never going back. The sanitizer ie bug spray was so strong today it almost made me pass out. Now my lungs are burning so bad I can barely breathe 🤬.

I rather shop here than the larger Walmart for sure. The produce is awesome.

My experience was a disgrace. If I ran a facility like that I would be fired. No reason to wait 40 minutes for your pickup when order is supposed to be ready.

Why is it that Walmart does not take cash at any of the self check outs?? And then the line at the ONLY manned register is a mile long! This is getting ridiculous.

Vibes are cool. Sometimes the store smells bad or Is super cold. But they have greattttttt clearance. Ive gotten stuff that was marked down 90 percent before. Crazy

I love it because its closer than Wal-Mart Supercenter.

For a large grocery this store has very helpful associats. Shopping there is alwsys a pleasure

Its the exact opposite of what the little brown Walmarts used to be, older folks will understand this. Its basically a grocery store. Although it does have some ingredients that you might not normally find at a regular grocery store.

One checker at 10 am on a Monday morning.

The parking lot is usually congested (unless you go early in the morning or after dark). The only negative I have is that the employees filling orders for curb service take up a lot of space in the aisles .. in my opinion they should fill these orders during off-peak hours.

I love the covenies of what I call Walmart Jr. This is my go to place for all of my groceries

This store is a lot better than the super Walmart in town. The milk was almost $1 cheaper too!

The employees are mostly good, some are REALLY great. The parking lot and aisles are a nightmare because the clientele is just as rude, inconsiderate, and stupid as any other Walmart.

When Im in cape downtown Ill go here. Its small and has a lot of what you need in a small area. Obviously not a super center so it doesnt have furniture and whatnot, but it has a lot of food needed. Most of the workers are kind.

If you want to go to a Walmart without People of Walmart, this is the walmart to go to!

Shop on-line. Pick up in parking lot. I do not have to get out of the car!

Convenient to have this place in the middle of town instead of having to travel all the way to the edge of town at the other Walmart.

They arent giving money back. The air conditioning didnt seem to be working much.

New take on the other Walmart in cape, It is clean, and has great deals and fresher, healthier food. It defiantly has a creepier vibe at night as some locals that live downtown do use this Walmart more and I wouldn’t feel safe bringing kids here at night unless you want a drunk or a crazy person confronting or cursing in public at night. I would go to the other Walmart that is better, but it is a good place to get good deals if you need them.

Thanks to covid-19 and their reduced hours, parking is a joke and theyre out of stock on about 40% of their stuff. Good luck finding a parking spot and what you went there for.

Its small but easy to get in and out of, if you know what youre looking for.

The store is wonderful. I dont work there but I helped two different customers find what they needed. One was wanting family sized packages of pork steaks. She couldnt find anyone that works there do I had her go to the deli and they would help. The other lady was upset. I asked if I could help her. She said she was looking for an employee because she lost her wallet. About this time she backed up in the wheelchair and there was her wallet at her feet. So glad I was able to help. The store was pretty busy and they didnt have enough help there.

Excellent prices. Friendly staff. One lady always steps around & gives me a hug. We will suspend this for a while! But the point is if u go often they recognize you & acknowledge you.

I was on line Friday ,45 min I checkout in customer service employees milling around facing product knowing they should be checking people moving check out lines where backed up so bad people where bunched up u couldnt even walk a covid violation ,100 percent breakdown of structure they need a new manager bad kick him back to unloading trucks I wont be back

The lines were all crazy long because of the threat of bad weather! Everyone and their dogs were there getting the bread and the milk!

This was a very good time of the day to run by to pick up a few groceries. Unfortunately there continues to be a Service Desk worker, that is very proud of herself and how much she pays to get her hair braided she would not be nearly so ugly in my eyes if she was not so absolutely hateful to customers in her demeanor and manner in which she speaks to them. I have had a couple different times that Ive had to cross this womans path, and each time, I do everything I can to avoid it!! She needs to work in the warehouse if she cannot handle the people that are in front of her on a daily basis with more than a scowl. Attn: Buddy the Store Manager - I hope you can correct her problem.

I like neighborhood market. Its easy to get in and out. Definitely quicker than the Super Center. Seems to have almost everything a person might need. Sometimes not me as many choice in that particular item as the super Center. I still love going in it because of the convenience of it.

Poor customer service for sure! I waited 15 minutes in the line at the drive thru okay thats usuallly normal right. And to pull up to the window after waiting for my turn and they close the blinds on me saying were going to lunch. Mind you I was the last car!! Thats okay I was on my lunch break too!!

I like that they have more cashiers less self checkouts.
