I go to the cafe almost every day for lunch and coffee and Andrew (I think he’s a manager) is the kindest person ever! He is aways so polite and friendly to everyone I see come in! He knows me and my coworker by name now and it’s just great to see a place with such amazing staff and customer service! He 100% deserves a raise!!

I used to love this bookstore. But since they have become so conservatively biased by expanding their religious section, while not including ALL religions, moving it openly up front on one side with politics on the other, I feel opinion being shoved down my throat every time I walk in. Also, if you’re LGBTQ, forget it, that section is all but gone… tiny and hidden. No real selection anywhere (other than religion, politics, children). I used to go in, grab a chai, browse books for hours, and make sizable purchases. I don’t buy anything from the company at all anymore on sheer principle. Bookstores and libraries should be like libraries… places to educate and inspire imaginations - not another form of social media.

Friendly inviting and wide variety of books for all. Smell of coffee enhanced everything. Service was good too

Alot of fun and you can go in and read books and they have a very hug selection. Its a kid section where they can play and read. Toys can be bought there and starbucks

This store is always kept very clean & well organized, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. There are times that I want to find a specific book and it seems out of stock for a long time, but the staff have always offered to order the book for me. The bathrooms are also nice and clean. I do find it sad that the stock seems to be dwindling, but its to be expected with so many people switching to less physical media.

Their stock is rising in my book. Great customer service again today and our beverages from Starbucks were spot on. Good job!

Fantastic home-like atmosphere with literally thousands of selections on books, DVDs, magazines, and other literary and written resources. Great coffee shop and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this establishment to avid readers, new writers and those looking for a gift for the writer or reader in their family!

I will never not visit this amazing book store. Sadly their collection of books was much smaller. I also did not like the new layout of the store. It seemed more crowded.

One of my favorite book stores. This particular one is connected to the Cape Mall, which is pretty neat. It also has a small Starbucks inside it.

I liked their selection of items, I read manga and books from time to time and seeing things that interest me is a guarantee for me to come back! Starbucks is there also if you need a drink or snack as well!

The selection seems to be slacking, but you will find something you love. Great sales and never overwhelmed by salesperson.

It was good, everything seems safe to go book shopping while fight the Rona. Coffee shop is good but was busy and was out of alot. My frappe was good.

We liked so many books here. The interior design section had great recommendations for pokeman cards. We also solved all the worlds puzzles and enigmas. My only regret was missing the party bus outside.

This is a very safe and laid back store that allows people to social distance and still be able to get out and get what they need. Books have become a big hit due to staying at home and it is nice to be able to get out and get more books once in a while. This place is very covenient with all the suitable needs for us nerds haha! Their little cafe coffee shop is a brilliant add to the place to satify customers who want to stay and read, etc. The rows of books create so much excitement for me and many others! I love coming into this mall just for this place. The mix of games, puzzles, toys, merch, and much more, it is a very pleasing environement and I recommend everyone coming to this area!

If you are looking for kpop albums I recommend going here and the employees are so nice!

Few places in this area have the selection of magazines that Barnes & Noble have. I still enjoy reading the actual print in hand instead of my phone.

I placed an order for 2 books that were both in stock.im waiting forever it seems and find out that the 1 book is out of stockNOW,still do not have other book.order for other 1 just got plain canceled.so upset.they didnt even send me an email saying 1 wasnt coming ,ever.never explained my charges either.thank u. Very helpful in finding a childrens book for me.

Went to look for coloring books in store since there was an issue with their website. The staff was very helpful and found the books my fiance was looking for. She was able to get them ordered and able to use her reward card without any issues. The store also has a small Starbucks attached to it which is a plus for me.

Very happy with their selection. Very clean and organized.

I asked for a small water and she gave me a medium and said you dont have to get a small she made me feel like royalty 5 stars for her. And a man working at Starbucks gave me a refreshing dragon fruit tea sample and an extravagant salted caramel chocolate piece. 5 stars for him! Thanks for the amazing experience

Just want to say a big thank you for shipping my items that were left behind at your store! I called after I got home and realized I didnt have all of my purchases. I expected to have them refund those items and then I would have to reorder or find them somewhere closer before Christmas. I live an hour away and wasnt planning to be back in the area. But they offered to ship them to me. I spoke with them Sat and the items were delivered to me Tues. Its nice to know there are still places out there with great customer service!

Every Barnes & Noble that Ive been to is excellent, and this ones no exception. Its fairly new, very large, easily navigatable & always impeccably clean. The staff is always knowledgeable & helpful. This location has a Starbucks inside, always nice. Theres really not a thing to complain about, Im always happy to keep bringing my business back.

One of my favorite places in the world. This is one of only 3 or 4 stores that will get me in the mall. The staff are so good to help. They have interesting games and novelties, too. My grandkids enjoy the kid section. Oh, and dont forget the Starbucks in house. Heaven.

I love this place! Its the best bookstore around, you can sit down drink you a little coffee or what ever you want from STARBUCKS and really you dont have to buy the books to read them but if you want to take them home obviously you gotta pay for them. All in all, this is a great bookstore.

I have been a patron of Barnes and Noble for about 20 years. They have a vast selection of books and magazines. If the item youre looking for is not in store they can have it shipped directly to your door. If youre a frequent customer their membership program is well worth it. I always get coupons through email. The store is full of many other great gifts, toys, greeting cards, and niche items as well. Store is clean and the staff are always friendly.

I know people are downloading books instead of buying the physical copies. Thats sad, because they are missing out on this amazing store. Kids books, TOYS, blu rays and an excellent vinyl selection. The prices are great, too. If you visit, check out their clearance section. Amazing deals.

This is my favorite store in the whole wide world, #1 since Hastings closed. I can go here and just relax and read or ask someone for recommendations. Its a great store for any bookworm! Plus they sale comic books and I love me some comics.

Great selection of books,games, journals, etc. It however does not seem to hold every popular book. I for one read a lot of Philosophy, and awhile it certainly has a good selection, it does lack some popular books, and the section just isnt very large. I also read a lot of science, which it has a great selection of.

Cozy interior coffee shop now I dont know if this is the largest Bookstore Ive ever been in but it certainly is large enough a person can find what theyre looking for as well as get lost in browsing. Numerous times Ive gone in to pick up a certain Book and/or DVD only to find more items, affordable items. The B&N Membership also discounts all of my purchases. If I could say one negative thing it would be, that Id like to have random seating throughout the store. If one should need to utilize the facilities, I can personally spesk toward the Mens Restroom. They are taken care of very well.Whether youre shopping for Mom, Dad, Sibling, Children, Friends or Pastor. For Music, Movies/TV, Books Magazines, Accessories or Special Orders you have it all at your fingertips here.

Friendly staff. Great coffee and decent selection of savory food as well as dessert. Good selection of books for all ages. If they dont have what youre looking for, they can usually order it. Lots of toys and games for both adults and children. Great place to get lost for a while!

I mean, its Barnes & Noble. It has what you would expect, at the prices you would expect. The in-store Starbucks cafe is top notch, though. Love the atmosphere.

Very fast and friendly seevice. The lady was able to direct my daughter to the books she asked for. She was very knowledgeable with the section she was working in.

What can I say? Its Barnes and Noble. They have every book you want, practically. Get a membership for great discounts. I also have a Nook book, where I can download my faves to, for reading anytime, even at night, with it backlit.

Located in West Park Mall. Barnes and Noble has a parking lot entrance, and also an interior mall entrance.This place has a homey, comfortable feeling about it. Every visit can be an adventure, so many books, magazines etc.A coffee shop inside, but a bit $$$ pricey.

Disappointed that there are no longer seats in the store to sit and browse through the books and decide which ones to buy... only in the eating area &those chairs are very uncomfortable. I guess they are meant to be to keep people from hanging around and reading and not purchasing.

Excellent customer service

I shop here from time to time, and, unlike most of their customers, I dont usually come there for books because I dont read a lot. I often come for their Funko Pop selection. They have one of the best selections in town without charging the high prices of Hot Topic. Would definitely recommend browsing here or on their website for Pops. They also have a sale going on right now with them. Their associates always seem helpful and knowledgable, regardless of what youre looking for in their store.

This is your typical Barnes and Noble. They didn’t have the technical manuals I was looking for in store but I was able to locate them on the website. I did not purchase the manuals, but rather ended up going to the local library and finding the manuals there.

Barnes and Noble is a really good place to shop. I like how they have Starbucks inside. Also they have seating for people who want to sit in read for a bit. They have almost anything one can possible think of even a kids section which is amazing.

This is the place I go to buy books. Novel concept (pun intended). If you want to read a book and have no plans to buy the book.... go to the library. The staff is great, very helpful and will walk with you to the title youre requesting.

This is the best store to get any book you need. If you dont see it you can ask the desk and they will look it up and see if they have it. If not then they can order it for you. :)
