The sales staff was very helpful and friendly. We went there with the intent to buy a particular bed, but after talking with our sales consultant we ended up settling on a different model which was significantly more comfortable to us with the added benefit of being less expensive. I thought it was great that she was more interested in helping us choose a bed that was the best fit for us, rather than trying to up-sale a more expensive product. It was a nice shopping experience all around.

Connie was our sales associate and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea the technology they had in the store to analyze your pressure points. It was a very cool experience. The comfort of the mattress was amazing. We look forward to getting our bed!

UPDATE to my review:Here it is August 25th and I still don’t have my bed. They have postponed my delivery for the second time. I now have to wait another 3 weeks. It’s already been almost 2 months since I bought the bed. I am changing my recommendation from high to the lowest I can. If you want to pay for something and not get it then go to this store. I am so mad and upset. Be aware that if you buy it you won’t get it until they are good and ready to send it to you.The customer service at the Cape Girardeau store is amazing!!! Jennifer is a very friendly and helpful person. I highly recommend this store to everyone. I cant wait to get my bed delivered.

I knew exactly which bed I wanted and it was on the showroom floor. After laying down on it for several minutes, I never felt so comfortable! I know Im gonna love this new mattress. The only bad thing is that I have to wait 2 weeks before I get it. The employee who helped us was very helpful showing us how to work the bed and the many attributes it has.
