Employees automatically reach across the counter and push Paper Receipt on the card reader, even though they offer email receipts which I always opt for. Now Im stuck with $50 in spark plugs that I dont need.

I’ve always went to AutoZone for all my needs throughout the years. Tonight was my last trip. The 2 guys that were working were so rude and did not help or even attempt to help. It was 9pm and I had just gotten off work. I had no headlights and I had a 45min drive ahead of me. I had narrowed it down to possibly my fuses had blown. The 2 men would not even leave from behind the counter to show me where to look. I I think this time, 3 seperate customers walked in and the guys helped them with all their needs. The store closes at 10, I walked outside to look at my fuse box and the guys locked the doors behind me. Very disappointing experience.

I still wont buy any of their remanufactured parts from all the times Ive been burnt in the past, but my opinion of them has improved. I especially like the team atmosphere theyve developed. Theyll help watch other out without making each other feel bad in front of customers. Bonus points for that.

Had to drive an hour to get there but wasnt bad at all. They definitely earned my business due to the fact that they had the part I desperately needed on hand and it was relatively cheap compared to other parts stores wanting 7 times the price I paid for it at autozone. Would highly recommend anyone needing parts to go here!

Ive never really had a ....bad experience at this store. All in all, I would rather come here for my parts. The staff always seem to be very knowledge able and in general quite helpful.

The guys at Cape Auto zone are always pros I even came in right at Close and I wasnt trying to it just happened like that none the less I never felt like they where rushing me and Shane and Lynn helped me out tremendously with there experience and knowledge they had most of what I needed for one vehicle and half of what I needed on the other ordered the rest for next day pick up ...how do you like that for costumer service ? A lot Id say and it was just a good transaction and it didnt feel like I was just another guy in at the last minute , it was more like a couple of buddys helping out ....thanks again guys ....

Check engine came on while traveling. Stopped to get the codes read. Very pleasant and helpful staff. In, scanned and out in less than 10 min. Provided print out also.

They had the part I needed, and the staff was great despite a handful of customers.

They gave me the wrong part, then they gave me a bunch of attitude when I went back for them to replace it with the right thing. Service was horrible and I will never go back.

Horrible customer service will leave on hold for hours and hang up right in your face. They have workers who don’t know what they’re doing would not recommend I’ll be going to another auto store from now on!

The gentleman checked the charging system for free and told us there was nothing wrong with it. His guess was a sensor. No sales pitch or suggestions for things we didnt need.

Good parts store

The employees are awesome. You can walk in thinking your gonna have to buy an exspensive part & by the time they read your codes on your car, they tell you what part you might need, but to try other options first & if that doesnt work then try the part. Their very knowledgeable with any make of cars & trucks, anything with a motor.

I went in for a quart of oil and seen a clean stocked and organized store. They were busy but I made it in and out quick since I didnt have to get anything from the parts counter. The outside was clean as well.

I dont really care for them too much because every time I go in to get a part I feel just because Im a woman they think I domt know what I need.

Workers friendly but Auto zone known for having bad quality parts. Mainly any electrical parts or parts. Don’t believe ask around and u will know; me and my homie had to learn the hard way after buying an alternator of them and had to replace it 3 times in one week and it didn’t work as we expected so we asked for a refund

I was not pleased. I went in for simple wipers. I asked the representative to assist me in putting them on. He said no problem. I waited 30 minutes with him waiting on others. I finally took my wipers and left. I had someone else do it since Im disabled.

I was a consistant customer of this location for 2 years. Standard parts companies will require core charges on certain items. When you pick up said item you either hand your core over or pay a core charge. If you pay a core charge you may return the core after you remove it to refund your core charge. Autozone (not just Cape Girardeau) would like for the customers to pay a core charge before they will even order it. I say again, they dont even have it at the store and before they will move it to the store they want money or a core. If that transaction is lost youll either lose your money or your core! As far as I know they are the only parts store that operates this way. Why you ask? Because a core isnt a shipping charge its what the manufacturer determines is the optimum price for items that must be refurbished. The only money autozone will lose if the customer doesnt pick it up after its ordered would be a shipping return fee so this policy is ridiculous. I suggest having the customer pay a refundable shipping return fee in lieu of the current system. Nevertheless I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff at Cape Girardeau will try to help you find your parts and the have a decent amount in stock. Ive seen them help clueless people but Ive also had some employees confidently say the the least knowledgeable things Ive heard people utter. But thats any parts store I guess.

Its a low end parts store. Service is not great. They will handle phone calls before people in the store. Parts are low cost but useable.

In and out in a flash as they checked the wiper size for the truck and told me what it was.

You dont have to know anything about vehicles or parts to work here!

They usually have what I need when it comes to parts and if not in stock they will have the parts shipped overnight. Price wise they are about the same as the other parts suppliers in town.
