The services here wasn’t the issue. It was the thieves that worked here. They stole things out of my vehicle and acted as if someone broke into my vehicle and took them. I know it was them, but there’s no proof. However, if you leave your vehicle here. Please take your belongings out of vehicle because they will steal and tell you, “your loss” in so many words. They do not have cameras on premises so they get away with crime within.

Wouldn’t even take a lemon car here. They “fixed” my ram 1500 eco diesel with used parts and said they where new, paint has bubbles, there are new scratches and dents on my truck that where not there when I took it in, they did not fix all the broken parts (yes some are on back order which is understandable), their communication is nonexistent and they are not friendly at all. They also “washed” my truck that took a day and a half but only washed the finder. I only took my truck here due to it being a perfected shop through my insurance but I will never do that again.

Fast friendly service and was actually cheaper than the quote for windshield. Very satisfied!

James Auto Body was amazing!! My brand new truck looks brand new again after being hit from the front & back. The guys that work there are super nice & willing to listen to you vent & ramble on about all your concerns.

Great place, I delivered glass there today and the staff was great and very helpful.

Took a 2015 Ram in for minor body damage. Very, very poor work and unprofessional. Got a called in saying it was finished. The paint was still messed up and the hood/body lines did not match up. Took 3 times to get it correct. Then said they would leave my keys so I could pick up after hours. I drove all the way over there after work and they had not left the key. A waste of money and time. I am very disappointed and could never recommend this business to a friend or neighbor.

I was initially told it would take them a week to fix my car. Took them six weeks and the worst part was that they didnt bother to remove tiny pieces of broken glass off my dashboard (from a broken windshield). I ended up doing that myself.

Quite sloppy. Several important pins and screws were not replaced after paint job. When noted, the guy quickly brought replacements that would not fit, and wanted to put a pin where a screw was needed. Didnt even acknowledge it, saying that dismantling and installation fee was not paid. seriously? I wont return there, despite there being other nice people that seem to care, but for one or two workers that are very sloppy, I wouldnt entrust them with my investments.

I recently had body work done on my Maxima here. I am very pleased with the entire experience. My car looks like new and everyone I talked with there was always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Have used James Auto Body & Glass several times for glass related items and have had the best experience every time. The last time i went they took care of my issue with minimal effort and did not charge me a dime! They could have easily charged me something but they are an honest and community minded company who i will be back to in the future.

Good pricing, will beat any other in price n quality in the area. Nice people.

So I backed into my garage and broke my passenger side mirror. To replace the mirror was going to be over $650. James auto went above and beyond to piece back my mirror so they only had to order the glass and repair some of the wiring. They went above and beyond and and saved me $500. You dont see that kind of customer service much anymore!

Never a fan of writing reviews but I cannot stand the corrupt car places rolling around. The people seemed nice but they still will try to whack you. They quoted me for a fix on my car for $475 dollars. For the same fix huckstep got in done for $95. Get a second quote before going with this place.

This is the worst place ever to have your vehicle worked on after an accident. They rush when they are painting. My vehicle had a piece of hair on the frame and they just painted over it. They also got paint specs on the inside of my wheel, and my fender had a dent in it, which before I brought the vehicle in, it did not. Never again will I ever go back to that place again. Ive already stopped like 5 people from going and I continue to keep stoping people......

They were true to their word... took care of my badly rearended car and freed me from hassles. When I was dissatisfied with a couple of minor things in repair, they took care of it promptly. Both Gary and Jason were very professional and helpful.
