This is one of my favorite stores! Something for every taste. Beautiful unique items. Things for indoors and outdoors. Even just a walk through the store is an enjoyable experience. So many lovely things to see. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff as well. I have shopped Trees n Trends for years both when I lived in Illinois and since living in Missouri. Great job Trees n Trends!

Very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff on phone and in the store very professional, polite and helpful. It was the only store I could find the strands of lights I needed. We will definitely be return customers.

I love our Cape store! They were out of a particular ribbon I needed to complete a project & Monica located it for me at a different store & had it sent to Cape. Now that is customer service!

A little pricey on furnishings.

I seem to always find exactly what I need here. Its better than the one in Paducah. I think there designers are better, plus have more products to choose from. I could spend hours in this store. 😁 Is well worth the hour and a half drive for me to go there. I love this store. Seems to have good management as well. Ive never had an issue.

Dont carry near as many item as they used too!

I used to love this store but my last visit was terrible. I made mention to the people working at the front, cashier and possible manager, that they shouldnt have the christmas lights on the high speed flash, which were not only on the trees but also around the area to check out. I told them that they can cause seizures and I had to try to look away from them, they gave me an instant headache and had I not turned away I wouldve had a seizure right there. The response I received from who I assumed was the manager was extremely rude and uncaring, his exact response was Are you having a seizure right now. Because he was a rude, uncaring person, I will never step foot in that store again.

There is a 12 ft. Pre-lit flock Christmas Tree I want to bless my church with as soon as the price is right.

Love this place--- but I was alittle disappointed in the Christmas bows I had made there--- very pricey for what I got-- did not realize they cost so much to get made-- other than the ribbon---and some of the loops werent fastened good and tight!!!
