Went in today because of issues with a laptop and Leah was absolutely amazing one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was handled properly give her a raise. As well Evie the general manager was great she set the standard for how the situation was handled

Went in to buy a fridge and needed help, so we asked a manager and then waited for them to send someone over to us. The store wasn’t busy by any means but it was taking a long time to get any service at all. We finally ended up leaving, the staff didn’t seem to care or help us.

The the salesman was very friendly as soon as I walked through the front door he had a big smile on his face I asked for some assistance and he walked over retrieve the product for me and I asked him the price it matched what was on my phone he also assisted me with getting a DVD player and also assisted me with a camera for my husbands truck he was very knowledgeable and I noticed on several occasions he would match the description with what was on Best Buy app wasnt rushing me and if he did not know the answer to my question he quickly followed up on his headset to get the right answer

Dont answer their phones for products availability not found on their website. Yet, Best Buy pretends to by asking a number of useless automated questions and put you on hold for over 15 minutes without ever answering. They then hang up without saying anything.

We finally got someone to help us with a tablet but didnt have the one we wanted (bought another one) didnt have the case we wanted (bought another one) and the main thing we wanted was an apple watch which they also didnt have. Disappointed!

We purchased a laptop from Best Buy in Cape Girardeau, MO in April 2020. In September of 2020 the hard drive went out. So we called and they said that the hard drive isn’t covered under the one year warranty and we would have to pay $199.00 for Geek Squad for a year. The upside to this they said is that it will cover other laptops and desktops we have and the original laptop would be prepared in just a few days.So we went ahead and did it. BIG MISTAKE!The laptop was being repaired almost 6 weeks and we had to call them to see if or when it would be done. They also said that they were able to back up the data. Another lie. There are even notes in the system stating that it was done but we got nothing. When we asked them about it, it was blamed on someone else and they took no responsibility.I would avoid this place at all costs. The customer care is horrible at best and they will blatantly lie to you to get your money and then when the lies catch up they blame other store associates were not on the clock at the time.

I was on hold for several minutes waiting to speak to customer service. All I wanted was to find out if there was a product in stores. I do not know how fast the online store uploads, but I feel it is not accurate. It was 20 min before store closing time, but I’d the people there cared about their jobs and actual customer service they would have helped me.

Visited the Best Buy store in Cape Girardeau with my grandson. He was wanting a specific computer but they were out but promised it would ship to the store in a couple of days. He chose the Apple watch instead. The store has downsized with the inventory they used to sell. But they had alot of new cool stuff to look at. Wish they had a bigger camera and lenses selection. The customer service was awesome. Everyone we went to was extremely nice and helpful. They took their time with him and even didnt mind him taking his time updating his new watch. Told us to take our time even offered us a seat. The girl at the register helped him put it on. Another showed him how to access wifi. Just all around great service. I have to say since businesses opened back up after covid it is sometimes hard to get help or good customer service. So it is very nice to have been treated so well at Best Buy Cape Girardeau, MO. Thank you

Very poor service. We were in the store looking at tvs for better than 30 minutes before anyone came to help us. I needed a television for my bedroom and my aunt who was with me wanted to get a 46in for her living room. I got a small tv for myself and my aunt just told the employee that sheld just get one at walmart where she could get some help choosing one.

The guy who was helping us literally abandoned us to go help 2 women. He placed the computer, the dvd player and computer bag we were buying on the counter under the pretense of checking for another computer for us and went to the women. We were just standing there totally confused. Another employee came to see if he could help us. We told him what the first guy did. The guy came up said he would help us and then walked away again. Since our purchase was already on the counter the second guy checked us out while the first guy checked out the 2 girls. Not only was what he did unprofessional but it was also rude, hurtful and very insulting. I wanted to leave but my husband wanted the merchandise the first guy walked away from but we will never go back.

Contacted best buy to set up an appointment at 10:40 to replace the battery on my Pixel. turns out, they dont open until 11 and they dont work on android phones. I was lied to twice and wasted an entire morning and gas driving there. I will be ending my card holder status with best buy, this is poor customer service is unacceptable.

They sold me charger that broke my laptop and they refused to help. I came in and asked for a charger. The only option was a 60$ universal one with a tip for my laptop. I asked the lady if the charger was safe since it said 60v and my laptop said 12v. She said it was perfectly safe. I plugged in it and smoke emitted and it got fried. They only let me return the charger. I would have preferred a discount on a new laptop “Atleast” however they said they couldn’t do anything even though they sold me something that broke my laptop.

My customer service agent was excellent on December 13th when I picked up a couple of unlocked phones and a drone!However, earlier in the Covid year, this place was a disaster and wanted customers to make an appointment to go inside and look around. Super dumb! Seems they came to their senses but I officially now avoid Best Buy unless I absolutely have to go there.

I spent 35 minutes waiting on the phone until the store closed listening to it ring because I wanted to call and see if they had something so I could support my local business, but no one picked up. Bought what I needed off of Amazon instead. Answering a phone call isnt hard. Not everyone is an entitled Karen. I am always quite cordial with people, especially over the phone since I worked a job answering phones. Dont appreciate this lack of customer appreciation/support. Very rude.
