These folks know what their doing when it comes to alternators. I ordered a big ol’ badass unit from them for my diesel truck and when it came in, the instructions were for universal installation. Ok, called them up, they answer the phone like a business should! Walked me through installation, no IKEA BS, told me how to run the wire lead upgrade as if they had my truck sitting there in front of them. Great product, better customer service than anyone I’ve ever dealt with. Would recommend them to any and everyone I know or that asks where I got that big ol’ badass alternator.

3 stars for product(my application had poor fitment).5 stars for customer service .I ordered an alternator only to have connector in the wrong location. Upon calling and letting them know of this problem they where unable the assist . I ended up extending the connector myself and getting it to fit correctly. Then upon installation the pulley was misaligned . again I let the company know , now they where much more helpfull . we sent pictures and measurements back and fourth (im in CA they are in MO) and got it figured out . they sent me the new pulley and installation tool free of charge , overnight . got it all installed and its running like a champ .

Really dissapointed with their XP and HP series high output alternators and their service. I have purchased 2 of those lines of alternators respectively. One for a 98 wrangler, another for an 06 GTO. My problem with both the cars is that FIRSTLY, THE ALTERNATORS DONT FIT LIKE OEM REQUIRING EXTENSIVE MODIFICATIONS TO MAKE THEM FIT, SECONDLY THEY WILL NOT WORK ON THESE VEHICLES AND MANY MORE MODERN VEHICLES!The problem is that we live in an age where cars are completely controlled by computers. Installing an any kind if aftermarket alternator in a computer voltage regulated vehicle will result in THE ALTERNATOR NOT PUTTING OUT WHAT IT SHOULD IN VOLTAGE AND AMPS!!! For example in my cases these alternators could not maintain proper voltage, IOWs they were low and it was only generating enough amps to cover the vehicle under normal loads. THIS WILL CAUSE SERIOUS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS IN THE LONG RUN!Unfortunately on my GTO, they can do nothing about it due to it being a completely computerized system. In my Wrangler they offered me a service where they can install a Voltage regulator within the alternator FOR AN EXTRA 200$ NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING and it was going to cause a check engine condition that would affect the vehicle. Its really disappointing that in those 2 alternators I have spent nearly 1000$ only to find that I have to spend more money on one and the other was a waste.IF YOU HAVE A PRE 1990s vehicle with an externally regulated system you can risk buying one of their HP and XP alternators. But make sure when you buy it the provide it with everything necessary to have it work as advertised!

DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE 2 GAUGE WIRE UPGRADE KIT IS LAME, THEY WANT $90 FOR 3 FEET TOTAL OF RED AND BLACK WIRE, AND IT COMES WITH NOTHING ELSE YOU LEGITIMATELY NEED LIKE NEW BATTERY TERMINAL CONNECTORS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE GAUGE KIT.
