Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and nice. Dr Smith was great, and so is the other staff. Very personable and did a great job. Samples in stock and left the office with both my prescriptions in hand without even requesting!I have been to multiple target optical and this one is hands-down the best!

You would think that going to an eye doctor in target wouldn’t be ideal, but I’m telling you this is the best service and product I’ve received ever. Their pricing is very fair and they have a nice selection to choose from. I chose a pair of coach frames that I fell in the love with. The quality of the frames and lenses are the best I’ve ever purchased. Doctor and staff were great and I highly recommend.

Awesome staff! was lucky enough to get a next day appointment for an eye exam, the doctor is friendly and easy to understand. The staff is friendly, helpful and fair. First time wearing glasses and the stress of picking them was definitely controlled with friendliness and no pressure. Just sad Im from Canada and wont be able to come back for my next pair .

Dr is nice. Staff is nice. They never call you back though. You have to go into the place to get any answers for any questions you have. Its a shame because they have good staff, but I had to leave because I would prefer to communicate over phone about little things than having to go in and explain it.

I have been taking my 11-year old to Target Optical for the past two years. Dr. Smith and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service and prices here are GREAT.We usually receive my sons glasses within a week, and the frames are fashionable and affordable.

Absolute great service. Jessica helped us and took her time to make sure we are satisfied and proper fitment without an pain or uncomfort. Jessica will be the reason for my return. I dont understand the other reviews. Everyone is very friendly. Its not a huge store. People dont understand they just have to wait sometimes in life. Everyone is still greeted and acknowledged so i hope this review will shine a light on the store the way it should.

Don’t waste your money, glasses are overpriced and cheap lenses

Convenient location inside Target and thats it for the upside. High prices even with insurance, not enough staff for the high volume of customers/patients, and was not a thorough eure exam at all. 5 minutes for an eye exam & vision test is not enough. Doctor also seems to push his brand of contacts instead of what I like and have been satisfied with.

Over all happy with my visit. Cynthia was amazing!.. She helped me pick out my new glasses. She was very patient and very knowledgeable.

The worst experience I have had did not help me order the lenses and they charged me 150 dollars for the prescription of lenses

Poor poor service .. wont recommend them ever ,please dont waste your time here and go to a proper SPECIALIST.1st they are super expensive,2nd they wont fit you with right prescription .Imagine an optical company giving prescription & contact lens of one patient to another patient and In the end THE DR SAYS THE FEES IS NON REFUNDABLE,trust me they dont care about your eyes all they care about is their damn money , they are full of greed , so sorry I cant trust the team or the doctors here ,wastage of time and money... Wont recommend them .naaa aaaa

The Staff and the Doctor very patient and all had awesome attitudes. And i noticed they greeted everyone as soon as the walked in the door. Nice touch since most places dont seem to even acknowledge you. We will Def. be doing all our business there from now on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
