It was nice going into the store. I needed some standoffs and some cables and the gentleman behind the counter just gave them to me. It’s nice to know there’s qualified technicians in the neighborhood and I definitely recommend going to the shop. In fact if I can’t assemble my components I plan to give it to the store to finish. By far the shop has great value for your money

I would tell you that if you are not happy with the service you get here please email me.This woman was wonderful.She was honest and took the time to show me how a virus protection program can thwart an very important upload that in my case shut my internet down.Her bill was fair and she would not release my machine until it was 100% software safe.Please note that many people have proxies do Google reviews to build their cache of accolades. I searched for a while around the cape coral and Ft Myers area for a good pc store and I was really happy to find PC Tech! A lot of stores and tech reps will try to cut corners or not tell you the full truth or just be plain incompetent (which seems really common in Ft Myers and Cape Coral!) but the owner really knows her stuff and stays up to date with any recent developments in computer hardware. Ive gone here several times now, from updating my computer hardware to just asking a bit of advice on the best way to use a solid state drive. Highly recommended!

We brought in a dead Windows 7 desktop machine, on which we run our business. The hard drive had stopped working. These amazing people installed a new hard drive and unbelievably, they were able to clone the nearly dead hard drive onto the new drive. It took a few days, but the deed was done. THANK YOU. We are now back up and running.

I was shocked after seeing all these 5 star reviews that after calling this place 3 times over 10-15 minutes, nobody can answer a call. No excuse for that lack of service.

I had a very positive experience with Cee and Darrin at PC Tech. I called and took in my laptop work computer which was driving me crazy. They fixed it within 24 hours as promised and all is working well. Upon arriving home from picking it up, I realized that I forgot my power cord at the Computer Shop. It was late in the day when I called and they were kind enough to bring it to my home that night.There arent many people left who try hard to please and go out of their way for customer service. I will go back there without a doubt.

What a find! Cecilia was a wealth of info and helped get my computer cleared of viruses after internet fraud! Was so fortunate to have gone to her.

I have used only PC Tech for service on my personal computer since moving to Cape Coral 7 years ago. They have always been polite and thorough with the repairs/corrections/installations, etc. they have performed. When finished, they kindly explain what they have done and are welcome to my follow up telephone calls to re-explain something that I misunderstood or forgot.

My husband and I have been customers of PC Tech for four years. We recently had Cee, the owner, build us two computers. One for our business, and one for our sons schooling needs. Both machines are wonderful! Very good quality! Cee and Darin are pleasant to work with. We will go to no one else.

In a moment of despair, with all of my documents encrypted and lost. I took my computer to Ce and she incredibly fixed it within a day. After my computer had been incryptid with almost deadly virus, she was able to retrieve all of my information it was a miracle. I am here to tell you that I had another professional work on it for 2 hours during a TeamViewer session which resulted to a no end situation. if you have a problem with your computer she is the one to fix it . I have complete faith in her and I am so profoundly grateful for her service and knowledge. Thank you Ce! You are a God send!
