My first response to this business was good however after they fixed my screen on my HP 360 the touchscreen stopped working properly after 2 weeks took it back they never called me Ray was the one who was working on it and I guess is off today and didnt find it important to finish what he started I stopped by to find out what was the news on my laptop and they said nothing is wrong well as I type this review my screen is doing the same thing! The customer service here is awful spent quite a bit of money to fix my laptop and they didnt hold up there end of the deal!

Ive been hoping to find some technical support locally, and it appears we have. Brought in a dead computer, got it back live next day. Thats what I like; to get what I came for. Make suggestions (no upselling!), fix my problem, charge reasonably, treat me with respect. (Ive found a lot of tech places really show disdain for those who are not as well educated in technical areas, or who ask simple questions - hate that!) Prices were fixed and reasonable. Nice little shop.

Getting computer help has always been a nightmare for us; intimidating, confusing, stressful.Our experience at Experimax was great all around. Unlike the chaos and noise of the big Apple stores it was clean, brightly lit, and quiet. Noel was extremely courteous and kind, fixed both our IPad and PC quickly. What a huge relief.

Not only am I stoked with the laptop I bought from them, but when I had a problem with the Big Sur update (that many older MacBooks seemed to have) they took care of it quickly and without hiccup. Great company that cares about their customers.

They did a wonderful job on my laptop a year ago so I referred them to my boyfriend who needed a new motherboard and they didn’t disappoint. They are also genuinely nice people who care about their customers, we worked with Raymond who was so excellent. The best repair place I’ve been to, don’t have ridiculous prices, and are sweet and nice people who seem to enjoy what their doing and enjoy their customers. 10/10.

We were on vacation, when my wifes Macbook Pro died. It was the hard drive. D.O.A. But they were able to replace the hard drive and save most of the data including hundreds of photos. These guys are lifesavers. I found them thru Google maps and their reviews where much better than the Apple stores in the area.

Said theyd fix iMac computer stand same day or next. Two weeks later they gave it back, having been sidetracked with other projects and said they couldnt fix it. Tried to sell me a new computer. Didnt charge me, but when I got home, the screen is black - doesnt work and the back is coming off so poor job putting back together.

Last week I bought a new computer on line. Im 75 years old, and NOT computer savvy. I had lots of trouble trying to transfer all my data from the old laptop (windows 10) to the new one. I brought them both to Noel at the Cape Coral store. He and his staff did a super job, transferred all the data Including all photos, word documents and set up my new computer so it looks and functions exactly like my old one!! The price for this was a great deal....for about $60.00. I would have been pulling my hair out for days. THANK YOU NOEL. I WILL REFER MY FRIENDS if they have ANY computer problems. The store was neat and very clean. They had anti virus cleaners and hand sanitizers too. Cant say enough good things about these guys.

Just bought a new(used) Mac Book Pro from them. It was the easiest transition to a new(used) computer Ive ever made. They listened to what I needed, found it, made recommendations and put together something way better for less money than I could have on my own. Great guys and great customer service!

Stay away. Do not do business with them. After 2 attempts to their store to repair a text and call problem, they said it was the SIM card & needed to have that done at Verizon. Experimax could not handle this. I wanted to work with them because it was less then a month I had the phone and was asking for some money return. I spent $600 but it was up to the owner and he would give me a call. Never happened. Note their products are preowned and they are not reliable. STAY AWAY!!!!’

Phone wasn’t turning on; I drive by this store every day. My daughter checked reviews online for where I should go get it looked at, she suggested I come here. So I did. I bought my first mac from Experimac three years ago when they first opened in Cape Coral. I never had any issues with my mac up until the past couple of weeks. I took it in today to see if it was time to part ways or get a new one because I am a college student and none of my assignments would load properly along with many other issues. They took a quick look at it and I showed them some of my issues and said theyd clean it up for me as well as update all the software within the computer. I left it there and got the call to pick it up just a few hours later and now my laptop is like brand new! Super helpful and friendly service, the purchasing process three years ago was super simple and they offer financing with 0 down and 0 interest for a certain time if you qualify. I will never buy a computer from anyone else! They did two things to get my laptop running and only charged me for the cleanup of it! I went in thinking Id have to spend at least $1,000 on a new laptop today and got to take mine home for less than $150! Thank you Experimac!

The staff are so professional and worked with us with a very specific old school programable remote and switching from PC to Mac couldnt have been nicer.
