Short Version:**AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 6 MONTHS AFTER ORDER AND 4 REPLACEMENTS AND THEY SAY THEIR POLICY IS 100% NO REFUNDS AND THEY WILL REPLACE A WINDOW 15-20 TIMES IF NECESSARY TO AVOID ANY PARTIAL REFUNDS**Extremely disappointed in Blind & Shutter Gallery. Particularly for the Small family business model they put out. I originally ordered my shutters in January. When they were originally delivered, one of the two shutters was malfunctioning--which was agreed upon by the service technician. A few weeks later the replacement arrived and it was similarly defective. At this point the owner Dave came out to inspect because the manufacturer was questioning the installer. Dave confirmed it was defective and ordered the third set. When the installer came to place the third set, he realized that it was a completely different design. Which brings me to our FOURTH REPLACEMENT SHUTTER--which now includes bowed slats from the factory that are visually unacceptable.I have called the owner several times and no call is returned. He originally stated if I wanted any sort of partial refund that I would need to reach out to Hunter Douglas--his manufacturer that he has an agreement with and stands by, as he says blind and shutter gallery have a 100% no refund policy, and if we have to replace this window 15-20 times to get it right that is the only way we are reaching a resolution. It is now July.. six full months after replacing my order and several missed days of work to meet the installer and I still do not have what was paid for. I cannot reiterate this enough.. avoid Blind and Shutter Gallery at all costs.

They just installed a blind on my lanai. I love it! Great product and every person from the shop Ive talked to is so friendly and helpful. Due to an initial problem with the manufacturer, Dave, the owner came to do the final install himself to make sure everything was perfect along with Anthony who is also a very nice young man. Top notch service!

We moved to North Fort Myers on July 2, 2020.Shortly thereafter we started looking for window treatments for 2 sliders and 6 windows. Must havehad 6 companies in here and none of themclicked. Then we found Dave who owns Blind andShutter Gallery in Cape Coral. He only works withHunter Douglas. Bingo. What a gem - Dave, theinstaller and the office staff. Couldn’t be more happywith the work of Blind and Shutter Gallery.

We had interior shutters put in throughout are whole house! We are so happy with the high level of customer service and workmanship with the Blind and Shutter Gallery! I would suggest if you need interior shutters, to look no where else! Great company!!!

Been looking for blackout shades for some time. Stopped by Blind and Shutter and they were very helpful. The owner Dave came to our home to measure and help with selection. Cameron, the installer, just left. Only wish that all service people had the pride in their work that he does. Our walls werent straight, and he took the time to shim it so that it was just right. Very professional and extraordinarily patient service staff! They walked us through each phase of the process from material options and finishes to color selection and opacity. They really went all out to explain how their product options could meet our specific desires and came on site multiple times, at our request, to provide visual demonstrations as well as technical advice. The installation was very quick and the room looks amazing! We have used their services for several projects in our Fort Myers office and will continue to use them, and highly recommend them, in the future. Very satisfied!

What a wonderful group of people to work with! We just moved into a new home and had to choose window treatments for all the windows. Our designer, Michelle, took us to the showroom and with Jessicas help we were done within a half hour. They are pros not only with helping you select the right window treatment but installation was amazing, as well. Installers showed up on time, were neat, cleaned up afterward and overall were very respectful and capable young men. I love when I can brag about our own Cape Coral business!

We stopped in the store after selecting several places through google. We arranged to have a salesperson come to our house. The sales process was very informative and made it easy for us to select exactly what we wanted to purchase. The price was extremely reasonable and the installation was quick and professional. I will be purchasing additional blinds in the future from the Blind and Shutter Gallery.

The Blind and Shutter Gallery in Cape Coral, FL is a wonderful company. It is really a pleasure doing business with them. We started a few years ago with a simple shutter. We had them come back a few more times to install shutters on most all of the windows and PowerRise shades on 2 large sliding glass doors. We have been absolutely thrilled with the products and the installations. Weve only required one service call and it was scheduled and completed in 2 days. Dave Roberts, the owner, did the measuring, ordering and installations as well as the service call on all of our products. He really knows his business and takes the time to answer any questions. Dave and his staff are very helpful and professional. We recommend the Blind and Shutter Gallery very highly.

I went on line to review plantation shutter companies in Cape Coral. I viewed this website and 2 others. Choose 3, pick the best company after meeting with them in person, etc. Called the company, girls in the office were very professional and organized. They set an appointment time for me to meet with Dave, the owner. He brought samples to my home and was there for over an hour. Answered all my questions, very patient. We went over exactly what I was looking for. We discussed installation and delivery time. Dave said once, plantation shutters arrive at their location, the expectation is that they will be installed in 1-3 days at the customers home. ASAP in other words. I had my check book with me. I still was thinking of calling for a 2nd company. But, I trusted my opinion of meeting and mostly of Dave. Hes the reason I bought. I trusted what he said.Installation day and time was set up. I was called the day of to narrow down the time. I forgot their names, sorry guys. 2 great, polite installers arrived. They removed all the old blinds from the windows and removed from home. They built the plantation shutters outside and brought them in and started installing. They never damaged anything They did not chip paint or damage any furniture/walls/plantation shutters when installing. They were even polite to barking dogs. HIGHLY recommend, if you go with anyone else, eh you might not be soooo HAPPY!!! The BEST/

We had every window in our house replaced with blinds from this company. The owner showed up to take measurements and give us quotes. After a few months, one of the shades failed. When we called him, he could not have been more uncaring. I went to his shop and he wouldnt even look me in the eye. Just sat there on his computer with his back to us. Since then, the same shade has failed again. Being so disgusted with this guy, we had it repaired on our own despite the warranty. Just recently, another one of our blinds just fell off the wall. As it turns out, he (the owner) didnt even use mollies to hang it. Just screwed it into the drywall. This guy is very nice when hes selling you his product, but his after the sale service is pathetic. Please dont use this businessfor your window treatment needs. youll be sorry in the long run. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Had the owner (Dave) come in and measure our L shaped Sliders and numerous windows after we visited the showroom.We ordered motorized privacy shades as well as silhouette shades for our windows and even a wood shutter for our home office.Daves measurements were spot on which made the installation pretty easy. Wes and Andy, our installers were a pleasure to have in our home and took pride in their work. The office staff was a pleasure to work with also.We did have an issue with one of the privacy shades where the fabric didnt hang right but just one phone call and it was ordered and replaced in no time.The Hunter Douglas products are top notch and as we found out firsthand, they stand behind their products.We would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs window treatments.

Ive done business with Blind and Shutter Gallery on two separate occasions. The owner, David, and his staff are very knowledgeable, highly professional and they are well priced. He runs a hands-on business. Additionally the Hunter Douglas plantation shutters are very high quality. I would recommend the business without reservation.

Have used this company for 2 houses and could not be happier! The owner is very kind and honest. The gentlemen that hung the blinds and shutters were wonderful. They vacuumed and wiped shutters! Superb business! Don’t look anywhere else!

WOW, bad, bad, bad business and an absolutely dishonorable owner! They replaced the flooring in my elderly Mother-in-laws home. It was a big job. She paid cash all the way as requested, even for cleaning up their mess. Our first visit about 6 months later the floor had the same exact problem they were hired to remedy. I personally called the owner 5 times with no phone response. I visited his business personally after my 5 calls requesting him to simply look at the job. He told me to leave as I was hassling him and his employees under the guise of saying they did no work for me personally, the son-in-law. To this day he would not and has not even visited to job to look at it. The Lord has a special provision for people who treat others this way, especially the elderly (in their 90s.) RUN, dont just walk away from this very bad business.

Pleasantly surprised. Our blinds came in sooner than expected, they were promptly and professionally installed. We are extremely happy with both the sales staff and the installers.

Very professional and on time! My blinds and vertiglides were installed as promised. One of the vertiglides didnt open in the direction I requested, but they came back a week later and made the changes. They look amazing! Their install crew cleaned up after themselves and were very polite! Thank you to everyone involved!

Although the office managers/ phone call receptionists interpersonal skills leave much to be desired as far as attitude, it is more than obvious the owner cares about his customers and products. He did everything within his power to resolve my issues.

We moved to Cape Coral 3 years ago, the home we purchased had plantation shutters on all the windows with the exception of two bedroom sliders. We found The Blind and Shutter Gallery online and called them. They installed two sets of shutters on the sliding doors, we were so impressed with the whole experience of working with Dave and his employees from quote to install that we had them come out and install shutters on our new entry doors. Other than an issue from the factory, which Dave had them remake a frame, we had no issues. Dave and his employees are GREAT ! We highly recommend them.
