Visited the store for my first dress fitting today. Its such a beautiful shop with amazing staff. Claudia was very attentive and kind when I explained what type of alterations I was looking for. Lainey asked if we needed help with anything else for the wedding. We actually need a day of wedding planner and Lainey said she would be available! Cant wait to return for my 2nd and 3rd fittings and to see the final result and work with Lainey at my wedding! So grateful to have found this amazing place!!

Had a great experience here finding a Mother of the Bride dress!!! The ladies are so nice and helpful. I had come in the store in a panic (after another store measured me wrong and after waiting 3 months for a dress it was 2 sizes too small!) I found a few dresses here that were perfect and more affordable! Got the dress and alterations measured same day! Thank you ladies!

I would recommend Claudia to ANYONE looking for a wedding dress and beg them to go see her before buying one elsewhere. I was hellbent on getting my dress from the famous, Kleinfelds, in NYC, and I did. I needed it altered after and I found Claudia. I immediately regretted my purchase at Kleinfelds after meeting with her and seeing how talented she is. Her shop is full of custom wedding gowns and quinceanera dresses that will blow any other designer away. Claudia altered my dress with multiple fittings and customized it to make it special to me. She also did my bridesmaids alterations and my 1yo sons tux. She is the sweetest, most professional being I came across in my wedding journey. Her assistant also saved my wedding by recommending me a new hair stylist (EXTEND & MEND in Cape Coral) as I was having much difficulty with the one I had hired for my big day. I cant say enough fabulous things about Claudia and my experience with her. Forget the designer gowns & veils ladies! I am not in your database because I didnt purchase anything here. I think my reviews out thoroughly. I thought the store was a hazard, and there werent enough selections, and those that were nice there, were over priced. I nearly twisted my ankle on the loose carpets in the fitting rooms, and I didnt think the staff was very helpful while I was shopping for bridesmaid dresses. Staff was nice and I liked that you offered beverages but I think there are better places to buy from. I am simply voicing my honest opinion so you can hear what other people think and make improvements accordingly.

I am so thrilled with the results of my wedding dress after having Claudia alter it for me! I brought the wedding dress that I bought from an online designer called Wear Your Love to Claudia. I wanted the neckline altered from a boatneck style into a v-neck style, and the back to be lowered as well. My wedding is in October so I was so worried she would tell me it couldn’t be done in such short notice. Instead Claudia welcomed me in and had my dress ready in two weeks time! She was very pleasant to work with and was very accommodating to my schedule and needs. Her showroom is gorgeous too! I highly recommend her to anyone!

My alterations were perfect! Everything was exactly what I was look for!

The customer service was severely lacking. This was my first appointment for a dress and I was prepared to buy. As we walked in the two women behind the counter couldnt decide who was taking this one. As a woman walked towards the back of store there was no instructions to me or my family on what to do. She didnt ask me about my wedding or budget. After I felt it necessary to voice my opinion she began pulling dresses. She moved the dresses into a place I could only discribe as plyboard box and sheer curtain. There was no one helping me try on dresses or there after I came out to show my family. Very disappointing.

I can not say enough amazing things about Claudia or the dress she designed for me! I walked into her store the first time and tried on two dresses that I loved. Claudia didnt hesitate and immediately sketched a dress that incorporated both styles, at such a reasonable price. The dress ended up being more amazing then I ever imagined. I received countless complements from every guest on how much they loved my dress and I owe it all to Claudia!

I had my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses custom made by Claudia. I thought her detail to the dresses and customer care where a 10+. I had a custom made wedding dress for half the price of a bridal shop. Now not only did I save money but I have a one of a kind dress. She listened to what I wanted and made my dress exactly the way I had it created in my head. She even hemmed my sons (groomsman) pants and shirt to the exact size of him. I bought adult clothing and she hemmed them to a childs size. The clothes fit him like I had bought it off the rack. I love my dress, bridesmaids dresses, and my sons outfit. She couldnt have done a better job. I wouldnt go anywhere else. She is a local one woman show. I am so glad I found her. She is a hidden treasure.

The lady is very nice, but she had the dress for several months and this was meant to be the final fitting - she hasnt actually finished the work yet. Like not even a little bit. And there were wrappers and half empty champagne bottles left from previous fitting ... Not the one just before ours, because those folks were still there and we had to wait almost half an hour ...

Wonderful experience. The ladys there are attentive, they know their wedding attire. More then anything they are kind lovely people. Best wedding store I have ever been to.

This bridal shop is like walking into what I would imagine to be a brides wildest fantasy. The artistry and the work(wo)manship that is on display is absolutely beautiful. And to find out Claudia makes all of her dresses is the cherry on top. They also do alterations, and are altering my suits so my off the rack suits wont look like off the rack suits. I will be recommending her to anyone needing anything that requires needle and thread.

You talk about someone who really knows their stuff!? Claudia is all that and more! She had to completely take apart a beautiful jacket I bought from TravelSmith and reconstruct it to fit me. Fits like a glove and looks Beautiful!! Please have no reservations about trusting your most prized garments to Claudia. She is the real deal.

It is a blessing to have found Claudia, I had the worst experience in a Bride Boutique in Fort Myers and thought that my dress experience was going to be a total disaster in my memory for ever. I was asked to be a bridesmaid in a friends wedding. The only request made was the color match the other girls. I scoured and searched the internet for a dress and style to be fitting of the brides request and for weeks came up short. I decided to check the local mall and bridal shops which were filled with dresses that were either off color and had to be custom ordered as well as out of my budget. The last thing I wanted to do was pay a few hunderd dollars for a dress I would undoubtedly never wear again. Back to the internet it was. I came across a picture of a dress and debated ordering from an oveseas website as the date was quickly approaching. They all promised great results but when looking further into this option (internet reviews) this would be a sure gamble and I decided to see as a long shot, what having a dress made locally would cost. Claudias site was promising but I remained leary. What if it looked good in the pictue but didnt fit my body style ect ect. In meeting with claudia I was put immediatly at ease. She was attentive, and by the displays of her work I was reassured. The image I provided of a dress was EXACTLY what I recieved. Not to mention, being custom made and substantionally lower in price. Her attention to detail and determination to ensure you look your best ,truly making it her number one piority is what has pompted me to do this lengthy review. If you are looking for true caftsmenship at a resonable price without sacrificing quality and personal attention to detail schedule a consultaion You wont be sorry.
