My truck was hit on the left front wheel with what was minor damage to the fender. I described in detail that the damage was to the suspension and left front wheel. It was so bad that the truck would not drive straight and had a NEW loud grinding sound. I have had this truck since 2014 and I know every sound it makes. After taking it back to them 3 times, the head of the collision department had the nerve to tell me there was nothing wrong and that I would have to put a different set of tires (replacing the $1000 set of mud tires I have on it now) and then let them listen to it. That was INSULTING. My insurance company authorized me to take it to another mechanic. Upon doing this all he did was jack up the front end. My left wheel jiggled back and forth noticeably, the right wheel was stable.Not only was this a simple test of the situation but to dismiss my concerns that I had described in detail was not only rude and bad customer service, but also negligent on so many levels. This could have caused an accident and there is a huge liability with their negligence and lack of concern for my knowledge of my own vehicle, the ridiculous suggestion of putting a temporary set of tires on it rather then simply jack it up and access the issue and sending me off with it in this condition.Do not use this body shop. I mentioned them to a couple of other people and they also had the same bad experiences with them. I am still shaken up at the fact that they dismissed the main issue with the damage and I can only assume it was because they did not have the means to do their due diligence and would have had to send it to another shop for repair and do not make any profit on anything other than the body work and paint. That is SCARY!

I had someone rear end me but luckily Geico made getting my vehicle repaired so easy! I was able to process the claim using the app and it was scheduled the next day including a car rental. The drop off was quick and the rental car ready and waiting. Diana and Lauren were excellent in keeping me updated on the progress! The car looks great and we’re very happy with our experience with Caliber Collision!

If you are not the one paying for the repair do NOT go there, they will NOT work for you but the insurance paying for it, that being said you might ended up with an incomplete repair but because the car is drivable you will have to take your ugly looking car until they have the part to fix the remaining. My case, I ended up ordering the remaining part and fixing it my self, it took me one day to get the part and 20 min to fix it. They, after a month not even had a ETA on the part. I been there twice first time after repair they forgot to connect all the parking sensors in the bumper, I had to go to a lot of unnecessary arguments to have them do it righty because of course the sensors on the rear bumper where the car got hit and they had to removed to place the new bumper it was not cover by the insurance. in conclusions if you paying its ok, but if you are not there are better shops in the same street.

Second time I have used Caliber Collision. They keep you constantly updated about the repairs, the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Car repairs , paint and body work, are exceptional.

Repairs from a parking lot accident. They provided a rental vehicle. The repairs were finished in less than 48 hours. They communicated all through the process so I knew when my vehicle would be ready and how much the repairs were.

They did excellent repair after my accident with my RAV 4 . I have my car back in new condition.

This was not my original choice in company or location but I ended up being extremely happy with the service rendered. The job was done perfectly snd on time as promised. The drop off and pick up were extremely easy. The results were great as well.

STAY AWAY!! ABOSLUTE DISGRACE. They decided to leave my windshield off of my vehicle without covering up the area and dust and debris got inside the vehicle. Upon seeing this, we gave caliber a chance and they never cleaned the vehicle and more small damages were found throughout the vehicle. Management is also garbage. These people are liars and unprofessional. Take your business somewhere else.

I am not sure how it’s possible but they painted my entire front of the car a different color than the rest of the vehicle.

Caliber collision, wow, I don’t know where to start as there is many good things I can say from my experience. My car was done days before I was originally told, just in time for the weekend which was great because I did not have rental coverage and was out of my vehicle. They gave me a life time warranty on the repairs, and even washed my car before it was returned. This is my first time using Caliber Collision but I will use again if needed because they can be trusted for good work. Thank you all again at the Cape Coral location on Del prado. I dropped my car off for damage repair and was told it would be about 4 days. The price was fair considering the effort that was needed. Suzy was my service rep. She was fantastic. I tools here if a small issue and she said she would try to shorten the time. They finished my car in 2 days. Excellent job and service. I would recommend this company over all others.

Used after market parts didnt fir right, took way too long. Had to pay for rental car! Still not done! Need to rent another car!

First of all, the customer service cant be beat. They make sure you are notified every single day of where they are in the process of fixing your car. They were ahead of schedule and made sure I knew they were there if I had any concerns at all.I cant comment on value since I didnt pay for it.But When I picked up my car today, I was very impressed. My whole front passenger side from the bumper to the back passenger door was banged up due to someone side swiping me. You couldnt even tell that I had an accident. Truthfully, I was hoping they werent that good and couldnt match up the paint so they would have to paint the whole car...(sigh)...but alas, they WERE that good and matched up the paint perfectly for a car that is 4 years old and sat out in the sun and snow (in TN). I was floored and oddly disappointed. LOL.I hope I never need another car repair, but if I do, THIS is the place that I would go too. Thank you. Fabulous job.

The staff at Caliber Collision did such an incredible job, I didnt even recognize it when I picked it up. It looks better than the day I got it! Caliber is such a class act. They gave me a written estimate, discussed the scope of the repair, and kept me informed via e-mail and telephone calls the entire time my car was in their shop. The receptionist and service personnel were very customer friendly and made every effort to repair my car in a professional manner demonstrating great customer service. The car was returned to me in a timely manner and their work seemed flawless. I would recommend this shop without reservation and applaud all of their efforts to make this experience bearable.
