Even though they didnt have what was looking for. The manager and staff did everything they could to help me with a sub but nothing worked so they direct me somewhere else.

After several trips to this ACE hardware, I can honestly say that I love this store! I am an avid remodeler/ do it yourself kind of person and the staff at this store really knows how to help! So this sign is basically saying we trust women with purses, but dont trust men with backpacks.(Men dont carry purses) Very discriminatory message. They are also are saying we dont trust you, but we want you to trust that we will not steal from you. Of course I want to know if they will be responsible if they hand my backpack to the wrong person... I will take my business elsewhere. I am seeing more and more of this at Ace Hardwares in Florida. Very dissapointing.1/7/19 -Update They have removed the sign from the store window so looks like they reconsidered their policy. Good to see. I am now shopping there and would recommend them.

Great people! Workers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of items and a great location. They helped us get a couple of camping chairs that we found online, and also helped us complete the online order.

Seriously, its a great place for your home repair and enhancement needs. They have everything you need under one roof; from bulbs to plumbing to decor. Prices are competitive with big box stores for being a local establishment. Every employee is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful of the customer. I like going there just to talk with the people who work there. Its always my first stop when I need something for the house...

Best service in the biz. Small, easy to manage size, but very rarely doesnt have what you need. Forget Lowes and The Home Depot and shop this locally-owned business instead.

Looks like a small hardware store but its much larger than you would expect once youve walked the length of it. Ive always found everything I was looking for there.

Ace is one of those places you go looking anything and everything. That specific own big box stores dont carry, or just stroll around looking at the interesting and beautiful merchandise. Great project ideas. Always helpful personnel.

I normally like going to Ace Hardware. But this time I was a little put off because none of the employees are wearing protective masks. Everyone knows how cramped Ace Hardware as can be. All those people crammed in there not wearing masks seems a bit unsafe to me

Great Ace. They always have what I need. Local honey is a favorite from here. I dont like leaving the island, so I shop here first. Nice beach home decorations too.

Id still shop here even if it was more expensive than the big chain stores. But thats whats even more awesome - the prices are routinely less. Shop here.

My husband loves this store...we visited 3×. They have a little of everything. Staff was friendly abd helpful. I bought a couple of unique cards while my husband bought hardware stuff!

Friendly staff that really know the store. Love their selection of nut and bolts and screws, sold individually. Bigger than typical stock of boating supplies, undoubtedly because they are right next to Port Canaveral. They will refill propane tanks, not just exchange them like most places nowadays. Decent garden section, including a small outdoor area for plants.

I really enjoy everyone who works at the Ace Hardware in Cape Canaveral. Its very convenient for us who live Beachside and the staff is always so helpful. They allow me to bring my Jack Russell inside and they always have a treat ready. Saves an hour driving to Home Depot or Lowes. They have an amazing assortment of items and some fun beachy things like beach cruiser bikes sunglasses Etc. And I bought some amazing flowers there.

Everyone is usually helpful and friendly but I dont know why they have to charge so much for Stuff. A small bottle of Dawn soap is like $4. I know I know you dont go to Ace Hardware for Dawn soap but just in general their prices are expensive

I have been living in the area and doing handy work for myself and my friends for over 20 years now. This is quite frankly my go-to place to get things done. The moment you walk in the door you will be asked what it is are looking for for and told how to find it. There is not a person who works in that store that does not know just about where everything is in that store. A little while back I bought a plug bolt and it turned out to be too long and one of the correct length was not available. They took it back to their shop and cut it down for me for free. That is what I would call customer service. Awesome!

Friendly employees, had some keys made they have a large design selection. Got some caulk tip covers to keep it from drying out.Surprised to find home coastal decor items.

I love this Store! A few days ago was my first visit to the store and when I walked in I was amazed the store is huge the variety is whyd you can do so many creative projects for your home and beautification things also they have a lot of miscellaneous items that are really fun to buy or just to own I took as many pictures as I could because I was so impressed the staff there is very nice and I felt very welcome and the prices are really great

I think maybe you should talk to your employees instead of deletinga bad review. Thats what reviews are for what you can change. The attitude of one of your girls is the worst Ive delt with in any hardware store. Im not sure if its just me or what. Everytime we come in I say hello get a snotty look. Ask for help she points and walks away. Weve spent prob 5k with you guys in the last 2 months and you delete my comment.. From the island anyway home Depot on the way and they might be clueless but atleast their friendly.

This ACE Hardware was average. Service was good although a bit slow. Selection compared to other ACE locations was not as good, and in the end a trip to the big box home improvement cnter was needed.

Got exactly what I needed including cleaner and special scrubber to clean the love bugs off the front of my car...
