I called in for a seemingly common problem among HP laptops. For those who know, this was the “90b system fan error” that renders your laptop unusable until fixed. Took my iPhone 8+ in for water damage yesterday. He told me in 2 and a half hours he could let me know what was wrong and needed replacing. I came back 2 hours later and he had fixed the water damage and already replaced my screen and home button for me. So fast and so very grateful for the speedy repair since I am in from out of town. The folks at iTeck repair are amazing, and Smiley worked a miracle on my phone (from which I really needed to retrieve some data). My phone was completely unresponsive and wouldn’t even turn on or charge. Every other place I went said, “Sorry, there is nothing you can do,” but he was willing to look at it for free. He knew exactly what to do and not only retrieved some extremely important photos, but he replaced most of the inner workings (screen, battery, motherboard & more) to get my phone totally working again for a VERY reasonable price! Was visiting cocoa beach with my wife for our anniversary, while we were out biking my iPhone 6S screen got destroyed. I called this place and he said he can fix it no problem (very friendly and professional). Drove 4 miles to his store, dropped it off, went and looked around for 45 minutes, came back and bam $84 and it was fixed WITH a free screen protector! I’d give 10 stars if I could 👍🏽

All of the sudden my Mac laptop quit and I needed fast, reliable service. We were leaving on vacation in less than 24 hours and needed to have it fixed asap. I brought it to iTeck repairs in Cape Canaveral (mainly because it was close to my home and I saw the good reviews). The prognosis was 3-5 days because it probably needed a new hard drive (we probably needed to order one). I was told to leave it for a couple hours for a more thorough look-over. They called back with great news: more memory and a good cleaning is all that was needed!! Total turnaround time: 3 hours. Yes! They were fast, professional, and inexpensive. I would recommend them and use them again without reservations.

My laptop crashed every other day. I took it to Smiley, now it is perfect, i bought it off of amazon it is an hp from 2018 and still had issues. Rather than sending it back to the manufacturer i let iteck give it a shot glad i did! Before you return it bring it here!

I was greeted right away, and quoted a very fair price. The repair on my laptop was done on time and everything was done as discussed. I will definitely recommend them.

I had a 8 plus with the back cracked and it would not turn on. The front of the screen was in perfect condition. Originally I was not going to leave a review because it was partially my fault for not shopping around more and getting a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Anyways, I came to this place to ask them could they fix my iPhone 8 Plus. They said yes they can fix it so I left it with them. A few hours later he calls me and says there’s a issue with the lcd screen as well (on top of my back of my 8 plus being cracked) so they will have to fix that before my phone can turn back on. I said okay great. He told me it would be 180$ to fix everything, which to me seemed fair. I get to the store to see that my back is still completely cracked and my phone in fact does turn on now. Maybe there was a miscommunication but I would not have paid the 180$ to just have the phone turned back on. I didn’t feel like going back and forth with the man because he was so polite so I left. As I started using my phone I noticed quite a few problems. The camera does not work at all and I can not delete or move around apps from my phone. I just feel that I was scammed into paying 180$ for a phone that is now probably not even worth 100$. I only had the phone 5 months and paid it off in full so it was almost like paying for a 850 dollar phone, then dropping it thinking it could be fixed (like most phones can be) and dropping another 180$ just for the phone to turn out to be basically useless...I then had to bring it to another store who told me that it would “cost much more to fix the problems, (that it still has) than it is even worth at this point. Again I don’t know why, maybe the man who fixed my phone wouldn’t have told me this but clearly the 180$ meant more to the store then it did to their customer. I would never do business with this company again, I will drive the extra miles to go somewhere else. And this review is not to bash this company, it’s just to make you all aware it is not right to rip off your customers just to make a sale. Or maybe educate your staff better and tell them to be honest with the customer, again (instead of trying to make a sale). I hadn’t realized until I brought it to another store how badly I was ripped off. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

This place is amazing! I dropped my 4 year old macbook on the ground and the screen of my laptop froze on a dark blue screen but I could work on everything through an external monitor so I brought this in to iteck and thought I would need a new $400 laptop screen and then happened to mention I had spilled water on it twice over the years.He suggested we open it up and he ended up repairing something inside for a lot less than a new screen would cost and it fixed it!Honestly, I was expecting to have to get my data and transfer it to a new laptop so I am thrilled to have this fixed at a fraction of the cost of a new screen or a whole new macbook.I definitely recommend coming here for computer repairs.

When I went in to get a price on replacing my iPhone 6+ screen, he told me $80. I even repeated $80 back to him, and he confirmed $80. When I came back to pick it up, he told me it was $180. I know I did not mishear him. He admitted guilt by taking off $20 and charging me $160. Good customer service would be providing your customers with a written and signed quote. However, the quality of work seems to be good.

I’ve lived in Florida for 2 years now, and I’ve broken countless phones weather it’s from cracking a screen, computer errors or sitting on it. I’ve come here about 7 times and it’s the only place I go to for efficient, quick and amazing service!Highly recommended :)

20 bucks for 2 minutes service ripofff

They were upfront and honest with me that my ipad did not need the charge port replaced but simply an OEM charge style cable that allows for 2 points of contact instead non-apple chords that allow only 1 pt contact. The non-OEM cables used to work before damage to the port but I can avoid the cost of a new port if using OEM cables. They were also open on a Sunday which really helped. I had tried Phone Medics the day prior but they were unexpectedly closed.

I got my client in and out extremely fast she was very happy.

After discussing our options, we decided to let smiley fix it knowing we would not get it until Monday afternoon (since he is closed on Sundays).
