Excellent vanilla keto cake!!! Great service too, brought in examples of what bride wanted and she spotted details no one else saw. They really know what theyre doing and very good prices as well.

First off the cake tasted excellent!! And they did an amazing job on it. I had shown them a picture of what I wanted on it and it came out better than I could’ve imagined. They were vary nice and got it to me quick. Definitely try them out!

Mandy and staff do such a great job. No event is impossible for them. They try hard to do the right thing and do it right. Plus, you can go in and tell them you read this review and I might get one of her delicious cookies! (Free)

This place was amazing we were looking for the water-park in canyon and came upon this place and decided to come back the next day we ate at the Rockin Zebra Soda Shoppe and wen to the Canyon Cake Company every one was so friendly and the desserts was amazing I ordered the Monster stuffed cookie and it was so delicious the frosting was fluffy and smooth very beautiful and the cookie was equally amazing i am so coming back when ever I can.

Cake for my niece’s shower was SUPERB! It looked amazing and exactly the way we wanted it to look. What took it over the top was the taste. It was the best cake I’ve ever had. When I cut it, the knife went through it like butter. It was strawberry inside and it tasted great!! With every bite, I couldn’t get over how moist it was!! Everyone loved it! Not to happy! I placed a order for some cookies on Monday to be ready at 12 on Saturday. I got to the store at 1230 and no one could find my order slip of what I had ordered, they had no Idea on what was to be on the cookies or how many I ordered. Makes me feel like I should have confirmed my order days before even though I placed my order inside the store. I had to wait on the cookies to get decorated and they didn’t even know how much I was quoted on the cookies.

Had a consultation for wedding cake and grooms cake. The staff was very professional and helpful. Explained everything we needed to know and helped us out to fit our budget and accommodate our taste. Not to mention the cakes were amazing. Cant go wrong with the espresso cake. They are a little more expensive than their competitors, but well worth it. Their work speaks for itself. I definitely reccomend them for any occasion.

(The following review was written before the owner personally called me to discuss the review and the cake delivered. She was very professional and apologized for the miscommunication in design. While the cake was what it was I do appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of The Canyon Cake Co. I will use again because of this. I believe the same mistakes will not be made again and a negative turned into a positive). All taste no design. Used the Cake Company for our wedding. The consultations were great and they took down our information perfectly. However, upon delivery of the cake it looked so basic and nowhere near the design we asked for .We ordered an authentic looking birch bark design with initials in the front. The color was off and the knots for the tree looked like gan green bullet hole wounds. We had to accent and hide the holes with flowers. We made the cake look nice and after spending top dollar we expected more. Also I believe it is customary for the cake supplier to provide the cake topper box. Nope! We had to figure that one out too. I gave the review a 2 due to the taste being great but we paid for more. Will not use again.

I used The Cake Company for my wedding. Mandy and her team did a wonderful job! We ordered an assortment of baked goods for my wedding weekend, including Texas shaped/frosted cookies for hotel guests, cupcakes for the wedding reception, and a small cake for my husband and I to cut. Everything looked amazing and tasted even better. They were flexible with pickup times and even let us change the pickup date for the cupcakes a week before the wedding. We requested fewer cupcakes at the wedding after our guest list shrank, and Mandy allowed me to put the leftover money toward the Texas cookie order. I cant recommend The Cake Company enough. We had a wonderful experience with them!

I love everything this bakery has ever done for me and my family. The cakes are beautiful and taste awesome. The desserts are out of this world good. The staff are always friendly and sweet. They have done everything from wedding cakes to birthday cakes to smoosh cakes for my family. I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend this bakery.

The cake was pretty but not what I had shown them picture of. It was a Barbie cake they didnt wrap the Barbie I had to provide. The cake still had the cardboard in where the layers where. And the cake was fresh but it had no flavor what so ever

We are getting a couple cakes for my wifes parents 50th anniversary party. Mandy was super helpful in helping us pick out styles and quantity of cake. We were able to keep a traditional design that my in laws wanted but still have a modern look. Then as we left we grabbed a German chocolate brownie to snack on and OMG 🤗 it was good.

Mandy and her team always come through with whatever crazy design I need for my special occasions. They have done my daughters wedding cake and multiple baby shower cakes for me! I will not do business with anyone else!!

This place is a terrible place for a cake. We reserved a cake 2 days in advance & what we got the day of our event was a trash cake. We told them we wanted a cake decorated as a FLAG for our son’s Navy ceremony. They frosted a basic white cake & printed a piece of edible PAPER as a “flag” & plopped it on top of the cake. It even had air bubbles underneath the paper!! It was so basic and ghetto looking, not to mention it was DRY tasted terrible! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Walmart cakes look & taste like gourmet cakes compared to the cake we purchased. Wish I could upload pics & show their hack job.

Last second order on a busy weekend and they were the ONLY bakery I could find to even work with me between Amarillo and Canyon. They did a great job!! Definitely using them again!!!

Staff is very friendly. I ordered some cupcakes for a birthday party and was very disappointed. They were very basic, but charged me top dollar. The other treats they had in the store were divine, I just wouldnt recomend ordering cupcakes from this place.

My grandson wanted a orange crab cake and by golly he got it thanks to the girls here. Very friendly people and the cake was amazing.
