Good service for a good price.

Was real informative and help me out immensely fixed it within 5 days even through the Thanksgiving season runs great now highly recommend anybody to take their small engine for them to fix

I cant even give a -1 star, the way these people operate their business...Cursing at a customer for asking them to check a part to find out if it was bad !!!! REALLY....I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!Customers BEWARE!!!

When a business meets my expectations, they get my repeat business. When they exceed my expectations, they get my love. I love these guys. I took my Craftsman tractor in for a repair, it happened when they said it would, the price was great, they picked it up and dropped it off AND they cleaned it up when it was done. My tractor runs better than expected now and happened faster than they forecast at a great price. Job well done guys, thank you.

I had a Cub Cadet mower that a Craftsman tractor they repaired! They even fixed something a week later without charge because they thought it might have been tighten too much. Honesty and integrity is what gets my loyalty!

Despite the somewhat run-down look of the place, they do great work and offer great deals. I got a used handlebar for my push mower for $5. They dont have a lot of new parts available, but that just means good deals on used parts. Repair service is top-notch as they are willing to go the extra mile. They came out to Malvern to pick-up both my riding and push mowers and brought them back after the repair work, then repeated the process the next day AT NO CHARGE when a new minor problem cropped-up on the riding mower (pulley + belt replacement due to the engine running much better). Too bad Ive moved up to Portage Co. and probably wont have to use them anymore. Highly recommended.

Have had mowers, weed whackers and snowblower repaired there. Quality work at very reasonable prices. No complaints at all.

I have used this place about 3 or 4 times now always been very well taken care of and can never complain about the service

Got what i need fast

You guys are terrible . I took a mower there go have a new engine installed. Used the mower 1 time and it quit running. Took it back UNDER WARRENTY and then you guys tell me that the coil pack is from the old engine and charge me again. Use the mower one time, run out of gas, and now the engine doesnt fire. Best believe all hell is about to break loose at your shop monday. Straight trash
