UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP.... The company is wonderful, great customer service. Going into a place where mostly men are I expected to be spoken down to, well that wasnt the case. The owner took wonderful care of me and made sure i had everything I needed. I would recommend anyone using them. Fast, Reliable, service.

These guys are top notch. My wife bought my lawnmower in for service and they treated her like gold. She understood everything they were going to repair on my machine relayed the message to me exactly how it was done. We will be buying our next mower from them. There service is second to none! Jeff and Crew at CPE keep up the good work.

What a phenomenal business,got my snow blower fixed and back to me in no time at all and made sure it was before a storm we were getting, to top it all off they picked up and dropped off the machine. I have never received such great service from any company Ive ever dealt with. A+++++ service.

My tractor had issues starting, so I called CPE on whim because they were running a special with free pickup and drop-off. Then I read the reviews of the company on Google, wondering what to expect.The service, treatment, and knowledge was amazing! I cannot stress enough how I will be using this company in the future. They fixed the tractor and I got it back the same day. I feel like people never post positive reviews, but are quick to post negative ones. Definitely a must use company.

My wife went here to buy a V-belt that retails for $8 in the local parts store. They sold her the wrong belt AND charged her $26 for it! Twenty minutes later I was back with the unused belt and asked for a refund.They said they had a no-returns policy, but agreed they had not informed my wife of this. The policy is on a piece of paper hung on a crowded wall a few feet behind the register.I was offered the correct belt and $6 back, which means the $8 belt would cost me $20. I said I preferred a refund, but they were adamant about not giving me one.I will never go back here. Meanwhile, Im going to dispute the charge with Visa.

Well the positives. They obviously have many Ariens snow blowers which is what I wanted. They seem like they have a lot and thats about all the positives. Negatives are that if Im about to drop 2-3k on a snow blower you may want to greet someone when they are on your business property, at the minimum. I walked outside for a little while then inside which prompted a door bell ring. No one was there but you hear some guy on the phone. Few more minutes of walking and the guy is still yapping. Again all u have to do is come out and at least say hi. Anyhow thats about as far as I got. if this is under new management lol........ my god what was the old one like. Go here if u like however you have to question that if all they are interested is speaking to people at their convience imagine when u need help or service and how bad the lag will be. Ill give any place a chance however this place seems to have consistent horrible service based on previous reviews. Its too bad since the only reason people go to smaller places from big box stores is obviously not for the price but usually because of the service.

As we all know this is the busy season for lawn mower repair shops. My 2 year old toro pull string broke and also needed a tune up.Day 1 left a message on a weekday morning. Still have not received a call back 3 days later.Day 2 called a couple times and finally got through.Kate was knowledgeable and helpful until the words warranty came out of my mouth. To my suprise she estimated only a one week turnaround at a reasonable price. Since they are a toro certified repair shop I asked About the waranty. She immediately told me it would not be touched until the end of the season if it was waranty. When I politely asked why that was she near hung up on me after saying Well you dont have to take your lawn mower here she also called me the customer rude for asking questions . At the end of the day she told me she could probably get it done on 2-3 weeks covered under warranty. I completely get it ok. They make less on warranty work and I can accept the paper work takes 2-3 weeks I guess. If you dont want warranty work dont be a toro certified repair shop.To the owner. Whether I was right or wrong Kate was a business owners nightmareShe called me rude she was dismissive and almost hung up on a polite customer. For no reason she told me to go somewhere else. Good for you your business is thriving right now so you can treat people this way but I wont give you a dime. Nice people rule. Mean people dont

I took my push mower in as the blade was spinning slowly and the belt seemed ok. I get a call back a couple of days later that my mower is ready. They replaced a $10 belt and tightened the drive cable and they want $145.I get home and try to use the mower and the drive cable is locked in place and when I try to pull it the plastic piece that holds it on snaps. I bring it back and a week goes by. I call and they tell me it will be ready the next day, I go in and he tells me he sold the part to someone else so its not ready. Another week goes by, he blames toro for not shipping the part, week 3 goes by, nothing, week 4 finally its done. He wants another $100 at this point to fix something that they broke in the first place.Basically I could have bought a new mower for less money that it cost me to replace a $10 belt. Whatever anyone has said here, it is likely going to be 10 times worse than that. Go to this place at your own risk. I went there as it was the only licensed toro repair place near me. In the future I would rather pay a competent person to do the work than a supposedly licensed toro person at this place. I have never had to deal with such poor service, work and just all around everything as I did with this place.

Today I went specifically to purchase a Snapper Rear Engine Rider. I was the FIRST and ONLY customer when Employee showed me the Snapper RER that was out in the front. Just as I was asking questions, a 2nd customer comes in. I am left standing there so Employee can help customer #2 who is a male. It takes 5 mins. for Employee to argue with Customer #2 about an ordered part--Employee telling customer #2 that he didnt really order the part. I was not impressed with Employees behavior, even if it wasnt at the cost of me being ignored. While that transaction is taking place, a 3rd customer walks in, another male. After Employee finished with customer #2, instead of coming back to me, he goes on to help customer #3, without a word or a nod of the head to me. Another 5 minutes of me just waiting and being ignored. Apparently, customer #3s $3.00 spark plug purchase was more important to Employee than selling a new Snapper RER to a FEMALE customer.I said, Wow, 1st customer in the store, and I am being completely ignored. Customer #3 replies, Well, he wants real business. So I walked out and over to the car. While I am sitting in the car prepping the GPS, a SECOND Employee comes out to try and talk me into staying. WHERE WAS EMPLOYEE #2 TEN MINUTES AGO??I refuse to be treated as if I am invisible. I am not rewarding a store with an almost $2000 purchase for acting as if my business is not important to them. They couldve at least asked me if I minded waiting just one more minute while they took care of customer #3. They wanted $1659 for the mower, $60 more than another dealer in Holbrook, and I hadnt got to ask about a mulch kit and delivery yet. So they were already $60 higher than Holbrook, and $60 higher than the Snapper website.A female customer in a lawn mower store just doesnt get equal treatment. At least not at Canton Power Equipment. I will NEVER go back there!Pros: NONECons: IGNORED

Did my lawnmower last yr worked one week, returned back was tolled that might be an old gas ( its seems to be a standard answer) its Apr. 2017 mower wont start.
