I have been a customer of Frank Lamparelli Oil for more than 15 years. They have installed, serviced, and maintained boilers at 2 of my properties, and furnish the oil for both. Recently, Lamparelli installed an air-conditioning unit for me.Lamparelli is an efficient and reputable company with excellent customer service. All staff are personable from the receptionists, billing, oil to service! Even paying my invoices is a delight! If you want a company that cares about you as a customer and will deliver on what it says...then you need to hire Lamparelli Oil !

Had an existing gas boiler replaced and am very pleased with the professionalism of all the workers. Everything was well coordinated - from people who took old boiler away to the timing of the electrician. Did have a small issue that was resolved by tech Richard. Would highly recommend

A Christmas day experience....found water on my floor,called Frank L and hooked me up with a tech...suggested it was time to think of replacement....Bill Miller came the next morning to provide knowledge and suggestions....no high pressure sale....went along with techs advice....replacement went without a hitch....the crew that varied at times from 2 to 4 guys worked without a break from 8-5....couldn,t be more pleased....have been a long term customer.....The Lamparelli family has been nothing but dependable and loyal to its customers...

The people at Frank Lamparelli are great. We switched a few years ago when we were low on oil and our previous company said they would not deliver unless we shoveled the 4 feet of snow from the street to the side of the house where the oil would be delivered. Lamparelli oil delivery came out and just walked across the snow with no issues.We also had an issue with a strong oil smell near the furnace but could not find a leak. A technician came out and was able to determine and fix the issue in very little time.I highly recommend Frank Lamparelli for anyone looking for an oil company.

Ive been with Lamparelli oil for 10 years now and I must say the service has been awesome. If I ever had a problem they would send Rich out right away. I recently had a new furnace installed by Rick B, Jose and Ruben. Not only were they professional they were polite, patient and answered all my questions. Ruben also went as far as moving my emergency switch to a different location in case of an emergency. My new furnace is running great!! Had some difficulty with this company. Serviced a coolant leak in my AC, charged me twice for coolant injection before telling me the condenser needed replaced. Add $2300 for a new condenser, and the problem wasn’t fixed. coolant still leaks from system. When they replaced my condenser, they left no paperwork or product information, etc., and wouldn’t provide it to me when I asked for it. Nice customer service staff, but very bad customer service. Work was done promptly and cleanly, but obviously not to my satisfaction.

My husband and I moved to the East coast last year and this is our first experience with oil heating. Steve was my contact and was very patient with helping me get my account set up and explaining to me how the deliveries and heating system works. Thank you! Would recommend Frank Lamparelli.

When we were on the brink of disaster, Lamparelli Oil came to the rescue! During our regular maintenance visit, the technician discovered a leak in our oil tank. And of course we had just had a fill. Within seconds, he had Frank himself on the phone. Within hours, they were able to pump out and replace our old tank. When they were finished, you couldnt even tell they had been in our basement. We will be forever grateful for their attention to detail and always speedy response.

We just moved into our new house on Xmas Eve 2005 and we had no oil. Called a few places and Lamparelli was the only one to call us right back even though we didn’t have an account with them. They sent the owner out right away who filled our tank with just enough oil to restart the system. Sent a full delivery out a few days later. They now have a customer for life.

Lamparelli has been taking care of our heating system for over 20 years. Their service is prompt, their annual maintenance check is thorough. Our system is on the older end and it is still a well oiled machine (pun intended) thanks to the proper care and expertise given by Laparelli’s team.

Very easy to do business with. Have had to call a couple of times for service and they have been very responsive with heat back on within 3 hours of the initial call. Techs are very polite and courteous as well.

Used this company for an entire winter last yr with no problem. The second yr I became unemployed and decided to get fuel assistance from self help which thankfully I was eligible for. However, once this oil company got noticed of the assistance amount I was going to receive, I got a delivery every other week till the funds where done and I was then left with an amount due of over $600. It took me several months to pay due to my finances. I received the renewal for the assistance and Frank Lamparelli oil company would not service my house anymore due to their greediness. I would not recommend this company only for this reason. They DO NOT care if you are left without oil in the winter with no income. They will NOT work with your situation.
