The staff was excellent. Greeted you by name and placed you in a room immediately to wait for hearing specialist. The specialist was punctual and went over the hearing aid mechanics step by step. Tremendous staff!!!

The staff at the Hearing Center were so patient and helpful in fitting me with my first earring aids. I was reluctant at first but very glad that I can now hear so much better.

I have been seeing Dr Zifer audiologist since I started with the Hearing Center. Dr Zifer has always taken her time explaining and listening during my visits. She really wants her patients to have the best hearing they can have. Just purchased a pair of aids with artificial intelligence and powerful options. Love them and the Hearing Center. Highly recommended.

Ohio Head and Neck Surgeons Audiology Specialists have been my choice to professionally evaluate and fit me with hearing aids that provide me my best hearing experience. My audiologist, Mrs. Julie Zickefoose has been equipping me for more than 20 years. The other Audiology staff have been excellent as well.I can’t say enough about how much I depend on my hearing aids to perform to the best of their ability, 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. With my current binural aids, my speech discrimination score has increased and I hear sounds that I never heard before. For instance, I now hear many more bird calls and sounds of nature when I am outside.I’m looking forward to my next set of hearing aids since mine are 5 years old. Technology has improved greatly in 5 years. My aid of choice is Resound. I use Bluetooth via my IPhone and my aids.Stephen J. Mooney

If you are having a hearing problem I highly recommend you stop in at The Hearing Center which is a division of the Ohio Head & Neck Surgeons on Higbee Ave in Canton, Ohio. Their Audiology Department is state of the art. Kristine Landenberger was my Audiologist. She took the time to fully explain each and every facet of the testing procedure, the results and what my options were to correct my hearing. Once the decision was made as to which type of hearing aid I would be going with, Kristine went to great lengths to adjust them to fit my needs. Im completely satisfied with the results. I have the bonehead male gene and refused to get my hearing checked even though I couldnt understand but every other other word someone standing next to me said. Now I can hear things I havent heard in years. Thank you Kristine and Thank you all at The Hearing Center !!

The audiologist did a thorough exam of my 89 year old dad and found out his hearing aids were working incorrectly. Instead of trying to sell us new ones, she recommended we get them fixed. This honesty is refreshing! I would definitely go back.

I recently had an issue with my hearing aids syncing to my iPhone. I called the office to ask for help and they worked me in to see them the next morning. They patiently went through reprogramming my hearing aids caused by an iphone update. They also spent time to give me a refresher training course on how to problem solve these syncing issues, cleaned my hearing aids and replaced a warm ear tip.I am a very Happy patient and customer. They are all obviously caring people who patiently deal with the less tech savvy senior citizens.Sincerely,Bill Lanham a happy customer

Hearing aids are great ! The young lady who sold them to me was knowledgeable and very helpful . They would get 5 stars if not for the financial services company they use I was promised 1 year interest free after the first bill they hit me with a $28. Service fee

I have a real hearing problem and probably wasnt an easy person to work with. But Christine went way beyond what an average person would put up with. Id change my mind a couple of times and shed come out with a solution. Im very happy with my hearing aid. (I only have hearing in 1 ear) and Christine gave me hearing better than Ive had for over 10 years.Thank you from t he whole family !Lloyd

Everyone was very nice. The doctor was patient in listening to my description of how I was feeling. The assistant in the hearing test area gave a thorough exam. Finally, I had someone that would listen to my symptoms and really show that they care. Thank you to all the staff..🙄

I love the friendly audiology dept. Christine always has time for me and had solutions for my problems. Also Dr Bogdan is my all time favorite ear dr. He is terrific and has always helped me. Yes they work at being helpful and friendly. I wont think of going anywhere else.

My father in law was in desperate need of new hearing aids and I was able to get him a appointment with the audiologist who was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helped us chose the right aids for his needs, hes 83.Returning on Tuesday the 30th for the fitting.Highly recommend them if you have hearing issues!

Dr. Zifer and her staff are always warm and friendly. Dr. Zifer uses the result from your hearing test and your input to customize your hearing aid settings to fit your personal preferences and daily lifestyle. I always enjoy my adjustment visit and annual check ups. If you are having trouble hearing, Dr. Zifer is the person to see!

I was so nervous. But, Dr. Smith and his team made me feel so comfortable. I had several issues that needed looked at. Dr. Smith looked at them all!! I was so impressed. Most PHYSICIANS will only look at one problem at a time. Causing the patients more co-pays.I was having trouble with vertigo. The young lady who took care of adjusting me, was so professional. I thought I was going to pass out twice. She held on to me and talked me through it. Her empathy for me was above and beyond what I have seen in any Drs. office in quite sometime.As a former Health Information Manager for over 20 yrs. Great experience with Dr. Zifer! She saw my mother who was very nervous about hearing aids. Dr. Zifer was very knowledgeable and explained all the different options. She took her time with us and was very reassuring. She is always available for questions or concerns. My mother loves her hearing aids and so do I!
