Doug was very helpful and up front about certain equipment not in stock and the time it may take to come in. That being said he was open to explain all the models in store. He explained the differences about each treadmill and left it up to us if that difference was important.The delivery and setup was on time. The setup staff was mindful of our home and cleanup and took all trash.I would highly recommend and purchase future equipment from Doug.

Ordered the Inspire M2 from Doug. Very professional salesman, with great knowledge of all equipment. Took the time to show us all the exercises that the unit is capable of ( about an hour of instructions). Let us know that his door is always open for additional instructions and information. Would recommend him to anyone that’s looking to buy a high end piece of exercise equipment. I’m an older guy (54) with not much gym experience (5 and 10k runner only) and he made me feel like this piece of equipment would be of great benefit to me. Thanks Doug

I recently purchased two spin bikes, a Smith machine and some free weights. The store manager Doug was very helpful. He demonstrated various pieces of equipment and helped me and my wife make an informed purchase.I was very happy with the home installation. The guys knew the equipment well and were very efficient.The added benefit of having in home service if ever needed also gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Doug and his team.

After getting everything setup, we went back up to the store and Doug showed us how to use proper form in doing our workouts and how to us the Hoist app. Happy with our purchase and professional sales support.

We have always had great luck with this place, but this recent purchase was an absolute disaster. It took almost a month to get our elliptical working. According to service rep, the delivery department smashed the wiring harness on our elliptical while setting it up, causing a several week delay and several service calls to get it fixed. Delivery reps also saw we owned cats, and left door open, so we were stuck several hours trying to catch our cats outside. Service finally got it fixed, and nobody showed us how to use it and we were sent a users manual for a treadmill, not the elliptical we owned. It was just a lot of headaches. The sales staff was awesome, service was great with trying to get it repaired, but it was a lot of headaches this go around

I never have been into the store, I called for a simple question, and the manager, Doug was SO RUDE and said these exact words I cannot talk to you right now I am too busy excuse me? You NEVER say that to a potential customer or any CUSTOMER, he should have said I am currently taking care of a customer on the sales floor, if you would like I can take a call back number or have you on hold for a few moments, would that be okay with you? I would have gladly given him my number to call me back but because of his repulsive tone, unprofessional choice of words, and poor customer service I REFUSE to EVER give this person or store the time of day. Sorry Doug, if you hate your job so much and cannot handle taking a phone call, crawl into a hole and stay there because us hardworking people that actually CARE about helping others would love to get paid to talk with others and answer SIMPLE questions.
