Very professional and helpful with getting the perfect rings to match up to our current one. We are going back before our wedding to have our rings cleaned too. Best jeweler in our area for sure.

Excellent customer service for many years. My husband and I came here over 25 years ago to order wedding bands and set my engagement ring. Fast forward to now (25 years later), my husband was able to buy the matching anniversary band for my wedding set. I was very surprised when he re-proposed to me and I received the matching band. My husband stated that they were able to look up our old account and special order the exact matching band. They were also very helpful with giving a hand/advice to my husband on other details to make our 25th anniversary perfect!! Thank you Henry B. Ball. ;)

Robert was great! He let us know he had the perfect diamond coming in and he wasn’t kidding! After shopping around quite a few other places the diamond Robert got for us was a cut above.

Avoid this Jeweler. Dishonest approach to selling and has refused to return a brand new item purchased Christmas eve. He will smile at your face but is only trying to taker advantage of you. Also pay attention how OLD Henry speaks to the two women workers within the store. Just an awful man all the way around. Do yourself a favor and avoid this jeweler at all costs. Save the headache!!!!! THERE ARE SO MANY ALTERNATIVES!!!

I recently lost my wedding rings and out of the 3 jewelry companies that my State Farm Insurance suggested to replace my rings, I chose Henry B. Ball Jewelers. I was graciously greeted and felt at ease deciding on my new wedding ring set. There is a great selection in the display cases plus they have jewelry books to look through. They worked with me for a couple of hours and I finally picked out my beautiful new rings. I would highly suggest Henry B. Ball Jewelers for your next jewelry needs!

I had my mothers heirloom wedding rings removed from a gold disk and sized. They did a beautiful job! Such wonderful service, very courteous and attentive. You can tell that customer care is their priority. So happy with their job. They are #1 in my book!..

I call first time ever , I was looking for engagement ring and employees was so rude to me !!! She sad she has no time talk to me !!! I am shocked !! It just happened minut ago ... She was so mean to me for no reason .I wish I never call .

My wedding band was damaged and the manufacturer replaced it with a similar ring but not the right specifications. The staff a HBB fought for me with the manufacturer to make sure the ring was remade to original specs. Thanks guys!

TERRIBLE. Robert Ball called me, rose his voice, and blamed his jewelers errors on me! Disgusted every time I drive by. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
